Premier Inn Haywards Heath

Room always comfortable & clean. Don't bother spending money on Premier Inn food - it's not a good experience. Paid £8.99 for Continental-with VERY limited choice, ended up with coffee & 1 slice toast! Get your food from Waitrose opposite!

Very friendly staff and great location for the station. Had to search for extra pillows and a second set of towels which were hidden in the "wardrobe". Just 2 tea bags and 2 sachets of coffee seems a bit miserly especially when staying two nights. How about providing some herbal teas or decaffeinated options? Stayed a Thursday night and a Friday night - The price for Thursday night was three times the price of Friday night! Enjoyed being able to have a bath.

We stay at premier inns across the country very regularly, upon our arrival the we had a small issue with the check in (admin error), but the staff were very welcoming, Clare who we dealing our problem managed to sort it fairly quickly, she also looked after us in the restaurant, but unfortunately the food was not up the the normal standards we would expect from the Thyme Restaurant at the hotel, I tried to order a mixed grill be was told the they had no chicken, steak or gammon, so ordered the chicken burger, but when it arrived there was next to no chips which we was told that they had now run out of chips, but a huge portion of coleslaw on the plate, which was far too much, the chicken in the burger was overcooked and dry, but the service was very friendly and helpful and big thanks to Clare. I would recommend staying at this hotel. The rooms are clean and the bed very comfortable, but there is next to no parking available at this hotel if you are in a large vehicle.

When we arrived we were greeted by Christian, I believe his name was, with a friendly smile. We have stayed here before but he still explained everything about the hotel, including parking which can be a bit of a pain here, although we always park in the station car park. The stay was great and what I have come to expect from a Premier Inn.

Friendly staff especially Chris who accommodated our additional needs for access. Lovely comfortable mattress and spacious bed. Delicious croissants. The bar service was great with competitive prices. Would highly recommend would cum again.

In the hotel room i turned the heating off but when returned at night to sleep it was still to hot and no window to open. and could not sleep. Did tell reception but nothing happened and no other rooms available. So the hole experience was very poor.
