London Hayes; Heathrow (Hyde Park) hotel

It was near airport, just one stop by tube. It was just a walk of about 7/8 minutes and you are at the entrance of hotel.

You have to beg and cry for basic ammonites which shall not be provided by rude staff till the checkouts . Poor reception staff.

Just one stop on the tube from Heathrow and within walking distance from the station. Clean, convenient, and a place to eat as well as sleep.

The key card provided stopped working halfway through our stay, full bins weren’t emptied, taken away 4 towels but returned one towel. Aircon cut out and shut itself off 2 out of the 3 nights but the suction section was still very noisy.

Very slow check in process, even with kiosks. Only 1 set of towels in room despite booking for 2. Only way to get more towels is to stand in line at reception. One person slowly checking people in, line took a while. Beefeater supper was very disappointing. I’ve stayed here multiple times because it’s close to the airport and a train station. It’s gone exponentially downhill. We had booked again for the night before our trip home but I canceled. Bed was comfortable. No phone in reception to connect front desk. Tried to contact guest services but contact form is not user friendly, no email address, and when you click SUBMIT on contact form, nothing happens. No idea if my feedback went through. Hopefully this will.

I had an amazing experience start from reception until the housekeeper Cristina ...was so nice and friendly all the time I found the room in perfectly fine and clean ...fresh towels , bathroom all clean like home . I really like the experience...in the future I will come back . Thank you for looking after me and make me feel like home ...thank you to the housekeeper Cristina.

I had a great stay.Everything was as I expected.The size of the room and the location was what delighted most.The staf was very friendly and very helpful , l had every day my room cleaned in my request and the cleaner was amazing ,She undestood our needs having a small baby in the room.Her name I think was Cristina. Thank You so much .
