As ever, Premier Inn delivered. Got a really good price for the night. Only 6-7 minutes walk to Hayes & Harlington station, so easy to get the first Elizabeth Line train to Heathrow for my flight. Easier and cheaper than being at the airport.
Really friendly member of staff on duty helped me when I couldn’t self check-in.
The room was clean, warm and quiet. Just what I needed and wanted.

The toilet is dirty. I asked for another room which is okay. But very bad impression on the cleanliness standard.
Receptionist didn’t ask further n changed me to another room. There’s no follow up and checking if the replacement is okay or not.
location is close to my office but this is a bad experience.

It was near airport, just one stop by tube. It was just a walk of about 7/8 minutes and you are at the entrance of hotel.

Rooms are all good as expected from a premier inn. Need more staff downstairs though as Vanessa is a star, without her having to work at a 100 miles per hour while her colleagues work at 5 miles per hour this place would be terrible, Vanessa makes it work, do not take good employees for granted. Keep up the good work Vanessa.

Fantastic meal! The restaurant was spotless and the atmosphere was friendly and inviting. Waitress Alskar was ever so personable. Alskar was attentive with our order and accommodated our difficult requests. Alska was knowledgeable of the brand and menu. Service wqs quick and came with a smile. Food was amazing and it is probably the tastiest Whitbread venue I have ever eaten at. I have a very fussy and faddy family and yet we all managed to find something we loved. There were fantastic access and facilities for a baby and myself who has a lot of muscular skeletal problems. Looking forward to our next visit. We really did enjoy ourselves and the food.

First of all, this hotel is very clean... Room 206 where I was accommodated was very clean and tastefully decorated, here I also had a very tasty breakfast... I stayed there for a few days and met a very friendly and well-educated staff. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, I hope it won't be the last time I stay there. A big thank you to the whole team and especially to Tatiana, she is a friendly and kind person.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel during my recent trip.The hotel delivers exactly what it promises_comfort,cleanliness,and consistency.The staff were courteous and eficient.There's also a restaurant on_site,wich was convenient for breakfast.

I recently stayed at Premier Inn Hayes and I had a great experience overall. The was clean , spacious and well maintained, with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out , always happy to help with any questions .
