Senses Havelock Resort

The hotel is in a good location. The rooms are a little on the small size. I would have struggled if somebody else in room. The bathroom was a good size and clean. The food options were poor and breakfast slightly disappointing. Could do with a few non spicy options. Other hotel guests drying laundry on balcony and walls which made the outside of the hotel look messy. The staff were very good and attentive; even if they didn’t get things right first time they would put it right. The staff could probably do with a bit of training but they had good attitude. When accessing beach had to walk past a lot of rubbish which was a shame.

We liked this hotel because it has excellent location and all what needs a tourist during the holiday: good but small room,bathroom with everything you need,conditioner, WI fi, breakfast ( but very plain), very helpful staff. There are some kafes nearby. Senses havelock hotel is very cute and clean. The beach is 5 minutes walking. Also want to thank his manager Mr. Susmit for his hospitality and for meeting us and delivering to hotel

We had really good experience at hotel senses, havlock. Rooms were nice and very clean. Food was also excellent. Staff had a very cordial behaviour. Everything met my expectations. One of the best resorts in havlock.

Stayed for 2 nights at Senses Havelock, but our stay was pretty average at this newly built hotel. I would rate it as 3 stars out of 5. What we liked around the hotel is the amazing Vijaynagar beach just after crossing the front road. That beach is extremely beautiful and very clean, very less crowded and we get an awesome view of the ocean when we specially go in mornings. What we did not find in the hotel as per our expectations - 1. Room size extremely small (100 sq.ft) 2. Food quality needs a lot of improvement, oily food and have very limited options in complimentary breakfast. Not like standard buffet breakfast we get these days in any premium hotels. 3. Complimentary Drinking water in the room was provided in used Bisleri bottles. Who does that? 4. Swimming pool is still under construction. 5. Staff behavior good and helping for anything we asked them. But they definitely need more professional training. I would say its a long way for this hotel to become a 1st choice hotel.
