Wifi services need effort Staff was very cooperative Food was delicious and good options available for breakfast and dinner They have a private beach that adds to the advantage.. well maintained beach sitting area Special provisions for beach side dinner can be made Renovation going on so hope to see more rooms and better facilities soon They said they are working on wifi too Only BSNL and Airtel network works here

Stayed in rooms 83 and 87. Are upgraded rooms like a hotel near railway station of Paharganj. Very ordinary tiles of bathroom , local sanitary ,leaking washbasin, no tables ..had to eat on bed with newspaper. Also though everything booked with a tour operator and he paid all the advance, the reception people Arshad and Mr Alex harrased me twice that rs 12000 is remaining. And that was the gala dinner of 24th which neither me nor the tour operator knew about. I told the reception people that weare not interested to attend but then they kept on arguing and asking for money. It's only when I showed my UP style of argument and stooped to that level things were sorted out. There is a video of leaking basin which i am not able to upload as there are no options Never ever go for this property

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far from pleasant. Here’s what went wrong: Unprofessional Staff: Most of the staff seemed disinterested and untrained in basic hospitality. Terrible Extra Bed: The extra bed provided was as hard as a rock—definitely not fit for sleeping. Slow Service: Everything took ages—from food orders to basic housekeeping requests. Felt like everything moved in slow motion. Poor Lighting: The room was so dim it felt depressing. Not suitable for relaxation or work. Toilet Issues: The flush had almost zero pressure, and to make it worse, they placed a half-used toilet roll. Neglected Maintenance: A flickering light in our room was reported but never fixed during our stay. Worst Bar Experience: The whisky sour I ordered was possibly the worst I’ve had, smelling like drainage. I seriously doubt they have a trained bartender. That said, the only genuine and helpful people I encountered were Manager Uday and Tapas . I truly appreciate Tapas’s effort—despite limited support and resources from management, Tapas, managed to deliver our forgotten belonging to the port on time with very short notice. That kind of dedication deserves recognition. Overall: While a couple of individuals did try to make a difference, poor infrastructure, mismanagement, and bad service ruined the overall experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

It was an excellent stay .. the services were quick and awesome … It was a beautiful occasion for us as my parents were celebrating silver jubilee , all thanks to Mr.Vikram Singh who organised everything perfectly..! The candle light dinner went great ..! Just as seen in photos ..!

The beach side cottages where we stayed was a 50 meters walk to one of the finest and peaceful and secluded beach I have been to. We had the pleasure of enjoying the full moon night view, which was a rare experience for us. # Property: The overall condition of the cottage was superior. Regular house cleaning up to our satisfaction was carried out by a friendly housekeeping team. # People: They have extremely friendly and mixing staff who ensured that we were comfortable and helped us on many things during our stay.
