Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far from pleasant. Here’s what went wrong: Unprofessional Staff: Most of the staff seemed disinterested and untrained in basic hospitality. Terrible Extra Bed: The extra bed provided was as hard as a rock—definitely not fit for sleeping. Slow Service: Everything took ages—from food orders to basic housekeeping requests. Felt like everything moved in slow motion. Poor Lighting: The room was so dim it felt depressing. Not suitable for relaxation or work. Toilet Issues: The flush had almost zero pressure, and to make it worse, they placed a half-used toilet roll. Neglected Maintenance: A flickering light in our room was reported but never fixed during our stay. Worst Bar Experience: The whisky sour I ordered was possibly the worst I’ve had, smelling like drainage. I seriously doubt they have a trained bartender. That said, the only genuine and helpful people I encountered were Manager Uday and Tapas . I truly appreciate Tapas’s effort—despite limited support and resources from management, Tapas, managed to deliver our forgotten belonging to the port on time with very short notice. That kind of dedication deserves recognition. Overall: While a couple of individuals did try to make a difference, poor infrastructure, mismanagement, and bad service ruined the overall experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.
