Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. First they gave us the wrong room (which still had poop left in the toilet from the previous guests and cigarette burns in the comforters). I booked and paid extra for a non-smoking room with a king bed and we ended up getting a smoking room with two double beds. They had no kings available but moved us to a non smoking double. Then as we settled in there was no toilet tissue. After showering we found out the towels are extremely thin and leave white lint balls all over your body and hair. Then as we get into bed realized the sheets were dirty and had not been changed since the previous guests. There was even a nickel and a penny left in between the sheets to prove it hasn’t been changed. Also, the next morning found out the ice maker did work either. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE!

SHUT IT DOWN!!! TOO MANY BUMS AND RUDE PEOPLE AT NIGHT HOLLERIN BUGS /BED BUGS/ SPIDERS ,HOLES IN THE SHOWER WHERE SPIDERS LIVE ALL TRUE !! NASTY STAINED TOWELS ,NASTY STAINED MATTRESS COVERS THAT NEVER GET REMOVED (IF I. HAVE NO CHOICE I ALWAYS BUY MY OWN SHEETS AND TOSS IT AFTER MY STAY BC I JUST DON'T TRUST MOTELS. IF I DON'T ASK FOR SERVICE THEY NEVER SHOW UP WHEN THEY KNOW IM HERE AND THE SIGN IS DOWN. THE OLD GUY WAS THE BEST ONE . ALWAYS CAME THROUGH ON TIME AND CHECKED IF I STEPPED OUTSIDE HOLES IN CURTAINS. DRAMA LEFT N RIGHT AND NOT TO MENTION FLIES FROM HELL ...HATE THE LIVING CRAP OUT OF THEM ..THEY ARE INFESTED WITH IT ALLL

I stayed here on Saturday September 2nd in room 216, when I read the reviews I was thinking maybe the people were just really high maintenanced because of all the bad reviews this place was given. I am not a high maintenanced person at all but this was the worst hotel I have ever witnessed. I work at the front desk of a hotel and I have cleaned rooms before and this place was unacceptable. I still stayed because it was late when I noticed everything and the bed sheets appeared to be clean. When I went to the desk to check out and tell the front desk all of the problems which I did very nicely because I know what it’s like to work at the front desk of a hotel and get a complaint about a dirty room, most the time the front desk has nothing to do with the actual room itself. The only thing front desk does it check you in. I’m showing the lady the pictures I didn’t even get her name but she was Indian I believe. And all she can say is that the stains on my towels were bleach stains, I understand a yellow stain may be a bleach stain but the stains on the towels in my room were not all bleach stains, some of it was brown and black which should be thrown out away from the rags and towels given to the guest. The sink had tiny pieces of hair around it that looked like beard hair or private genital hair, she had no comment to that picture. The shower curtain had black mold all over it. All of the stuff I had in the fridge which was just some sandwich meat and cheese, had to be thrown away because the fridge didn’t work. I even had stuff in the freezer when I went to get it out it wasn’t even refrigerator cold. There was a bunch of food and trash behind the dresser where I plugged my charger up. When I showed her this picture she then asked me why I pulled the dresser out from the wall which I then explained to her that was one of the only outlets available in the room she barely had any words to say to me. She did not apologize for the service, she didn’t even seem like she cared. As I was leaving she was taking a picture of me I believe because she had her phone up at the window pointed towards me. The room was $90.20 after tax which is normally a good deal for a hotel room but this room should of been priced at maybe $60 it was disgusting. I would not stay here.

The room was "Not" up to date!!! Seemed ok upon first glance then I remembered the sign at the office that said " you have 5 minutes to check your room to get your money back " so 5 minutes had already passed and I started looking around to find hair in the shower along with used soap , dead spiders on the floor, dirty microwave, roach powder along the wall beside the fridge and then there was what looked like fresh semen on the comforter and stains on "all " the furniture. Terrible, Terrible!!!! Won't be back!!! Made me sick to my stomach, didn't want to stay but didn't have much of a choice, good thing we brought our own blankets.

What can I say..the staff in office were very nice.the first day went good.sorta clean room(needs to be mopped).dog loved it.she couldn't wait to get back.. The second day was....not so good..no clean towls, the cleaning lady was having a bad day..but still no clean towls.. Last day was good..no issues with our room..how ever when checking out mom heard that there were roaches in one of the upstair rooms....like wow.. But overall it was ok..it's a motel...another better than days inn hotel IMHO..
