非常好的全包酒店，超過坎昆的酒店

very average but not a 5 star hotel at all. Location is good. Front office staff was nice. breakfast experience is very poor. Coffee machine was not working so they brought random coffees. hotel was okay, the room i booked was nice. however, it is not a 5star hotel. toiletries were not new. the hand soap was used and the shower gel was refilled for sure.

The hotel staff is welcoming and the rooms are clean and up to date. The hotel is located at a great spot. Walking distance from many places you can visit. My kids are happy with the wifi and the tv channels. The shower has great water pressure. The view is nice.

I stayed at the INNSiDE Habana Catedral for a business meeting and the experience exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the historic center, with easy access to everything you need. The facilities are modern, impeccable, and very well-designed, creating a professional yet comfortable atmosphere. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I especially highlight the excellent value for money: it's difficult to find this level of service and comfort at this price in Havana. Without a doubt, a smart choice for any corporate trip.

The hotel is quite new. It Is a small strutture located in the old city and it is very close to many interesting sites to visit. People there are very kind and can take of your requests quite immediately. Rooms were nice and clean. I spent a few days there with my family and we enjoyed it a lot.
