Disgusting - lady at front desk was as ignorant as they come, We had a booking, and they turned us away. The lady didn’t apologize or offer any assistance despite our confirmation. Smelled awful. Don’t even get close to this place - complete disaster

Now I know to check the reviews before I book. I did not think anyplace this horrible would be even available on ***********. I have stayed in a lot of budget motels and hostels, but they have all at least been clean. This was disgusting. The smell was horrible, seemingly a combination of cigarette smoke and mold. It seemed really dirty and was very depressing, with old decrepit furniture and poor lighting. My friend and I checked out after about 10 minutes and just drove home. It would have been very uncomfortable to sleep in such a dirty room. I am not sure I could have. Looking at the reviews, I see that the place has been revolting for years. Why not either clean it up or burn it down? What is the point of having a fleabag motel ( I mean "Inn") if nobody wants to stay there?
