My second stay at this hotel. Located out of town, very quiet and comfortable room. Nearby has local restaurants and some roadside eateries. Parking limited (roadside) Hotel will contact tuk tuk service if needed. Happening area - Lee Garden Hotel just 3.4km.

Overall Value: 9/10 Room Size: 10/10 Spacious Balcony with washing basin Room Cleanliness: 9/10 Found some hair on the floor, but generally clean Daily room cleaning and bed linen & towel change available if you wish Ant infestation at the toilet washing basin (Room 203). Ants were on the comb and electric shaver. Maybe previous guests washed food items at the washing basin. Bed Comfort: 6/10 Bed mattress is firm/hard; backache if you sleep too long on it Pillow is quite high. Everything was good, except that there’s no hair dryer in the room. The water pressure for the shower was also lacking.

Hotel in Thailand is big and super comfortable. Service is very good. I think the place is quit new or they just good at maintenaning the hotel.

I personally feels that the review was overrated about staff’s friendliness and helpfulness. I couldn’t feel it at all, instead I smile and greet them. It’s very bad….no kettle in room, feels like dormitory stay. Room relatively large and comfy. Receptionist is bearing hotel brand and it’s the first contact to guest, must have good impression. I arrived at hotel with luggage and had no hand to open the door, the receptionist just can’t be bothered to help…..

Malaysian to visits Hatyai, I'm suggesting you to stay here. The hotel is located at calm area (besides, there is Bangkok hospital nearby, but the ambulance siren is rarely hear). The room is biggest with balcony, fridge, wardrobe, tv, table, mirror and etc. Comfort bed, freezing aircooler. The staffs are friendly. Walking distance to nomjeen na Halal restaurant, amazon cafe, the biggest 7e in hatyai also big C extra supermarket. I really2 satisfied with this hotel staycation. Do book here.

Room is big and Quiet. Have Parking, but limited. If you need use Kettle have to go down lobby.

The staff very very easy going, and the service there was Gooddddd, i would recommended this hotel to everyone who looking for calm location at night and not crowded/jammed plus it is near to 7eleven + amazon cafe (can walk) i would repeat the same hotel if i go to hatyai againnn, love love this hotel
