Pros - blackout curtain - water heater - high pressure water - receptionist can speak English - stainless steel kettle - mini refrigerator Cons - a few parking lot - extra pillow ( 15 baht) and blanket ( 100 baht ) - just one room key , cannot apply another room key - room 601 toilet bowl not function well ( can't flush)

Location wise very near to greenway nite market just 200m away. Easy check-in process. Just the drawbacks were less/limited parking spot, the room do have small ants roaming around and toilet not that clean where it have the lizard dung.

Budget hotel with price you can't complain too much about. Room came with balcony, general cleanliness is acceptable. 1st night with 7 baby cockroaches and some ants. 2nd night with more baby cockroaches coming out, went out during the day to buy insecticide and fumigate the whole room, also borrowed the broom and cloth from reception to clean up the crime scene. Leaking water heater with extremely low water pressure for the 1st 2 days. Finally caved in to call the handyman to settle the leakage issue, was offered to change room instead (got an upgrade to family room opposite our room). Sprayed the leftover insecticide before moving into the new room (just in case). Family room space was huge, enjoyed our last 2 nights. Water pressure is much better than the other deluxe room but still on the low side, and on the next day, felt like somebody decided to do something about the water pressure, we had great water pressure, at least I get to enjoy for the last day. No cockroach infestations (only a few from the bathroom which we killed on the 1st day and none came back) compared to the other room. Location was great, about 7mins walk to Greenway Market, laundromat downstairs. No hairdryer provided but you can borrow from the reception. Minus the issue of cockroaches, I think it's decent price for the good location.

Overall hotel is nice and convenience to stay.. walking distance to Greenway night market.

Outstanding services from hotel staffs

Forgot to closed the door, but nothing missing, thrusthy The staf also very nice and punctual, self service laundry are just beside the hotel

this is my trip for me and my hubby at Hatyai Thailand.. This second time me travel here and im very love with Thailand because so many foods delicious here 🥰 This hotel we stay so strategics and very nice.. Their receptionist so nice and help me alot.. So guys lets travel in Thailand because you can eat so many food delicious here 😂🤣

10mins walk to Greenway Night Market. Got free parking space if you travel by car. The room quite spacious too.

Will repeat again.... nice hotel
