Limited parking. Easy access to central festival. Big room. No sachets for coffea in tea in room but got drinking water refill and coffee ☕️ in level 2 pantry. Good staff. Recommend 🌟🌟🌟. Stay at highest level 7th Floor👍🏻. No 👻

The stay was good, but if the sound from the road side can be lower will be better. Excellent location but also due to next to the road side the sound from the roadside are clearly heard sometime a bit annoying.

Friendly….10/10 cleanliness…reasonable price food and room. Nice view. Spaces room. Love this place. Walking distance to hatyai central and asean trade bazaar. Love it so much. They have parking if we use own transport. Very satisfying.

The location of the hotel just next to Central Festival hatyai shopping mall. Room is spacious. However please bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste as the hotel does not provide it. Or else, u might need to purchase at the front counter.

Huge room, near to central mall, near to greeenway night market, opposite makro, very suitable for those who don’t want to stay in Lee garden

Location is nice by walking distance to Central festival mall, it is just next to the building. Room space are huge and clean. The hotel staff attend to our issues immediately when we encountered water leakage in the bathroom. Room is slightly noisy in the night.

Overall is good.. Aircond sometimes cold sometimes hot.. Been sweating suddenly in the middle of the midnight then aircond become cold again.. Im staying at 3rd floor, the water flow is small but doesn’t affect much, still can bath.. meanwhile my friend’s room, their toilet have very serious drain smell.. Asked staff to settle it..

We had checked in late at night but the staff are so friendly and patience with the process. Location wise, very near to a lot of attractions as they are nearly walking distance away. Room are spacious for 3pax. However, the downside is the parking spot. We had to park on the road side as it’s very limited especially when you come back late in the evening. Overall, we enjoy our stay and will come back again.

The front counter is very helpful & gave good suggestions for local foods & massage shop. We arrived a bit earlier in the morning & able to drop our baggage for keeping at the hotel as well.

Great value for money, right beside the Central Festival Mall.Hotel itself was very clean, and nice entrance. Room is basic, but was clean, comfy beds, nice bathroom with a hot shower, big TV and but sadly i can’t connect to wi-fi. Would definitely stay again

Avoid this hotel. Water pressure is low and inconsistent. No room slippers will be provided. Springs on beds are all spoilt and not changed. Pillows are shameful and are all uneven too. Hot water heater controls are all damaged and can't control. Requests for drinking water will be charged each time. Lights in rooms are dark and gloomy. There will be no places to store luggages safely if you are planning to leave the hotel later. This will be first and last time to stay here. Never again.
