We had a horrible experience at this hotel. At some point during the day we got a phone call from the hotel telling us they left the key for our room at another hotel because there was no frond desk staff at there hotel no more. For further questions we should revert to the staff of the restaurant. When arriving at the other hotel to get our keys for this hotel we noticed that this hotel was also unmanned… fortunately we saw our keys just laying on the desk of the hotel. Finally back at the booked hotel we could not belief what we saw when we opened the door to our room. I think the pictures explain enough. Fortunately we booked another hotel and got the money refunded. But I hope after this the hotel changes it’s pictures to the reality of the room. Mention: The restaurant staff was really nice!

The service was great and the way they accepted the kids was remarkable - the food wasn't good though... It's the kind of place we won't be visiting again, The fondue wasn't properly heated, the fish was weird and there wasn't really a decent dish except for the plain pasta for the kids...

Wow - what a Beautiful experience. All the staff were super friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end. Dinner in the restaurant was great and the pizzas really delicious. A real pleasure. Thanks for making us feel home. We‘ll he back .

Had a good time. Renovated rooms and the appartement were nice and had amazing views. Really good breakfast and good value for Swiss standards- which are highly overprized 😆 The Restaurant was good! Really nice Silvester Menü.

Das Bad und Zimmer waren sehr sauber und beides ist mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Aber ich finde den Preis eher für das Zimmer zu hoch. Das Bad ist sehr veraltet und davon fanden wir auf der Webseite auch keine Fotos. Dazu ist die Anweisung zum Check-In nach 17 Uhr verwirrend. Es stehe ein Ipad zur Verfügung aber unklar wo. Wir waren zuerst im Wetterhorn, da sonst vor 17 Uhr da das Check-in möglich wäre. Ein Ipad im Hotel Bären gab es nicht aber der Schlüssel lag in einem Couvert bereit. Das Bett ist sehr bequem.

Überraschend italienisch Essen im Hasliberg. Die Zimmer sind sauber und werden vom benachbarten Hotel Wetterhorn bewirtschaftet. Deshalb werden wohl noch einige Überraschung zu erwarten sein in der nächsten Zeit

Die Lage war tiptop, Bus gerade vor dem Haus der direkt in das Skigebiet fährt. Parkplatz war gratis und hatten immer platz. Zimmer war zweckmässig und sauber. Leider sind die Wände sehr dünn und man hört alles von den Zimmernachbaren. Restaurant hat leider nicht eine grosse Auswahl hauptsächlich nur Pizza. Bedienung war ab und zu mühsam

Nachdem das Wetterhorn ausgebucht war, haben wir ein Zimmer im Bären reserviert, um nach dem Konzert im Wetterhorn auf dem Hasliberg übernachten zu können. Das Zimmer ist einfach aber zweckmässig eingerichtet, sauber und ruhig. Das Frühstück ist mit frischen Zutaten und Fleisch und Käse aus der Region bestückt. Das Hotel verfügt über ein kostenloses WLAN.
