Premier Inn Hartlepool Marina

Bit shabby& run down here, even for a premier inn. These hotels are pretty basic, but you do get a good nights sleep & beds comfy! Breakfast was awful, there’s holes in the headboard, dents in the radiators & the carpets are as dirty as a nightclub at 2am! The location is good & staff are lovely! We stayed here as it’s a nice area. I used to live in Hartlepool & was home for a cousins wedding, so it’s pretty central for us, where we’re needed to be. Big standard basic hotel normally… but just needs a bit of TLC as it’s a bit run down!!

One of the best hotels. We have stayed in. Clean.beds are comfertable. And the veiw of the harbour. Exceptional. The staff are amazing. With a big thank you to Haley. On reception. Couldnt do enough. An assett to Premier Inn. Will be back there at Easter. Once again ty. Haley.

Lovely location overlooking Hartlepool Marina. Reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful especially Hayley. We had booked an accessible room with a wet room. Unfortunately the room was a long way from reception so I had several journeys too and from the car pushing a wheelchair and carrying luggage. The room was up to the usual high standard of Premier Inn. Amazing nights sleep. A lovely touch with a packet of biscuits left for us - never had that before. Only issue was on a morning we struggled to get down the corridor to go to breakfast as the cleaners were doing the rooms and we had to negotiate 4 trolleys getting them moved into rooms as we couldn’t get past. Lovely comfortable stay.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for two nights in October, having stayed there previously on a number of occasions. As before it was an excellent experience, check in was smooth and efficient and the receptionist Sophie, was very helpful. We had requested in advance, a room with a walk in shower rather than an in bath shower and a room with bathing facilities for the disabled was arranged. A day before our arrival the receptionist contacted us by phone to advise the the room was quite far from reception and she was concerned in case this presented any difficulty for us. It did not however but it was a very thoughtful gesture on her part. The room was up to the usual standard, the bed very comfortable and a note welcoming us back as previous guests together with a packet of biscuits was on the desk. We will use the hotel again when in the area and I recommend it highly.

Not having visited Harlepool before, we didnt know what to expect. This gem of a premier inn, set right in the middle of the marina is amazing! Wonderful setting, clean, comfortable rooms,great beds and helpful,great staff Certainly visit again
