The room was nice and spacious, it was clean and comfortable. The room was heated to a good temperature when I arrived. All staff, reception, bar and waitress were all helpful and smiley.

Very friendly and welcoming, We stayed for breakfast and it was lovely no problems what so ever, we would stay there again lovely staff.
Room nice and clean it was really hot this weekend and they had a fan going in the room when we checked in.

Stayed at Travelodge West park Harrogate for three nights lovely room .Had an issue with the shower drain but it was fixed by char Asked for extra towels they came straight away .Nice comfy bed close to the town centre . Quiet never saw any of the other guests .All the staff very pleasant .Car park next to the hotel Will stay again .

On arrival I was welcomed by the desk staff. The room was quiet, clean and warm. Sarah was particularly helpful recommending places to visit and the best way to navigate the town. It would have been helpful if there was an ability on the online booking to arrange for a wheelchair accessible room on a low floor with a bath if possible as I am disabled (damaged lumbar and cervical spine and complex knee injuries.)

The Travelodge was perfect for our stay with the highly convenient location and parking both next to the Travelodge and across from it. The staff was super helpful and were more than happy to answer any questions or queries. Didn't eat there but that was down to personal choice on our part. 10/10 stay again

Centrally located but very quiet at night. Car park very handy. Very nice pub only across the road 10 minutes into town and train/ bus station

Very friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble for them. The accommodation feels new with all you'd expect and a good quality and standard for this type of accommodation. The location is also good just a short walk from the centre and just across the road from a park.

Would definetly stay at this Travelodge again when we visit Harrogate. Pleasant friendly staff. Very clean and tidy room. All amenities are ready at hand. Plenty of public houses in the ammediate vicinity. Car park next door was a absolute bonus and very cheap. We are definitely planning to return again to Harrogate and will be staying at the same Travelodge, West Park.
