Premier Inn Harlow North (Harlow Mill)

Very friendly and helpful staff. Adrian was very welcoming and friendly at reception and helped us with an early check in as we needed to get ready for a wedding. Nice clean room, good facilities. Nice beefeater on site and easy parking. Would highly recommend.

Spent five nights here to allow us to visit my other half's 3 and 2 times Great Grandfathers local parishes and last resting places, along with trips for the European Rugby Cup Finals. Room was quiet, comfortable, if a little warm during the night. A generic Premier Inn room in a dated building. The upper floor would not be suitable for people with major mobility issues. Breakfast was in the Beefeater next door. Although we didn't book a time slot for Breakfast, the weekend was extremely busy with both Hotel guests and people coming in from outside for Breakfast. Most of the Premier Inns i've stayed at have an 'in house' Breakfast room, so if there is a large group of you staying at the weekend here, you would be well advised to book a time slot fo Breakfast. All in all the Hotel and Beefeater fulfilled our needs, which was for a cheap, comfortable place to stay and reasonable grub. I will say though that both the Hotel and Beefeater could do with a major refurbishment. They both are showing their age.

Having lived in North America for years, it was nice to find some good old fashioned customer service. Cameron on the desk for the night made sure our short stay was as good as it possibly could be!

Stayed with my family over the weekend. Wonderful service on check in by Karen and Adrian when we checked out. Will definitely return. Lovely location ,wonderful meal . Staff did their best throughout our stay to accommodate us and make us feel welcomed.

Shame I was in room 141 and wasn't cleaned wash just bed in the room kinda felt like it was last room and shouldn't be sold , shower was terrible no pressure and bathroom dirty only one towel and just not looked after at all and when telling the staff they don't seem to care

Very convenient, no frills hotel. You know what you are getting with Premier Inn - comfortable beds, friendly staff and decent food available nearby.

Have stayed here in the past and find it perfect as a base for visiting family/friends in Harlow, getting a little bit tired and in need of a lick of paint but is still a comfortable, value for money hotel.

The hotel was old and tired. The floors creak. The room was not serviced, cleaned or towels changed. The room only had one upright chair for two people. When we asked for an additional chair we were told there were none available. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work. We will not be staying at Premier Inn again.

I booked this room due to attending a wedding close by. I was welcomed into the hotel with a rude member of staff on the day, I had called the hotel the day before and was told I it would not be an issue to book in early for my stay. When I arrived I was charged £10 for early booking in 20 minutes early! Which I was not informed on the phone I would have to do the staff on site did not seem to care about this. I was then given room 6 which is right next to the reception massive mistake taking this room. All night long all you can hear is the main entrance door slamming and what I imagine is the night staff next door slamming things around and the toilet flushing. I was then awoken early hours as it sounded like someone was in my room having a shower! Also every time the toilet was flushed it sounded like it was the toilet going off in my room. The A/C unit also appeared to not work so you could not turn it up or down so the room was far too warm. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a decent night sleep as the beds are not great either, I would book else where in the future.
