Premier Inn Harlow North (Harlow Mill)

First time at this hotel, location was good for access, looks the part on the outside, secure car park but gates don’t get locked.Stayed in reply on 10 on the ground floor, handy for reception, the room was poor in comparison to others at other locations I’ve stayed in. It had a musty smell, including the bedding, that smell was transferred to my clothing , it was quite cold although there was a heater in the room, that seemed to keep the room warm at the higher level but the floor was really cold. Too cold to shower. The bathroom was tired and not cleaned very well. I did complain regarding the smell and left a note for cleaning staff, no response received. Room was over priced for the quality observed. I will be visiting the area again soon but will avoid this hotel.

Thank you for a really pleasant stay! The reception staff were really efficient and helpful (I believe the young lady was called Rosie). It was rather busy on arrival and everybody was dealt with in a swift and professional manner. I would recommend this location to any friends and family.

Booked an overnight stay. Rosie was super helpful about where to buy underwear. Forgot to bring clean boxers and she advised me on the best shops to go to in the nearby shopping centre. Room very comfy, and the breakfast good value. Next time in Harlow will stay again.

Clean and welcoming rooms with a wonderful view. Excellent service, impeccable and friendly staff (especially Rosie). Two unforgettable days of my life. In short, an almost mystical experience. Absolutely worth repeating as soon as possible.

Booked 6 rooms here for 6 workers payed 2x what we could of paid for a similar hotel in the area but expected a nice room for a good nights sleep. Hotel is very tired and needs updating. Has to be the worst premierinn I have stayed in. We can book up to 50 rooms around uk a night but sadly won’t book premier inn again.

Cleaning sub-standard. Dirty shower curtain, skirting boards. Stained bedding. Room stank of stale cigarettes so bad that you breathed it in and the staff didn’t care less! Reception staff have a ‘can’t be arsed’ attitude. Breakfast absolutely awful! Not buffet, table ordering service. It was very small, stone cold and the worst breakfast we’ve ever had. Evening meal service was very slow, an hour between arrival and receiving our food. Tried to charge us the full bill despite having purchased meal deals.
