The hotel doesn't have any nice views. The room service is decent but not the best. The beddings and towels had stains on them. The rooms were clean but was a little shabby. The corridors were not light properly. Could have done better. There was no intercom service in the room

The hotel located near birla ghat in haridwar is a new one and has all the basics right. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms large and nice with modern facilities. Easy access to all tourist spots and bazaar and restaurants. Things to improve are that there has to be daily housekeeping done on all rooms. Also because of the water heater being powered by solar, on a cloudy day we could not get hot water.
