Beautiful Harbor Springs home that was built around the turn-of-the-century. This home has been well-maintained and has four bedrooms with two bathrooms that can accommodate up to 10 people. It is situated on 1 acre with indigenous White Pine trees and Cedars. The Location is at the top of the bluff with a quick five minute walk to downtown and Little Traverse Bay! There is a fully stocked kitchen, wood stove and plenty of board games to keep the family satisfied.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 3 total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.

Perfect location, close to town, Petoskey and Pellston. Beds very comfortable and kitchen well stocked, very neat and clean.

Good Location
The house is located a short walk to Main Street in Harbor Springs. Location was great. House is older, but was set up to easily accommodate our two families who stayed the weekend for a sporting tournament. We did alert the owner to a couple of things that needed attention regarding cleanliness that I’m hoping will be attended to. Overall, it was an okay stay.

Winter Stay
The stay was nice. The location was perfect. It was quiet and you can walk to downtown. The beds were very firm but that could be good or bad depending on your preference.

Winter 2024
Lovely older home near lots of trees. In a great location. Was very clean and true too description on listing. Would suggest they have firewood for the wood burning stove they describe in the property description. The only issue we had was with the 1st floor bathroom shower and some squirrels who might of gotten in to some walls. But it is an older home so not 100% from where the noise came from.

Great weekend getaway
Place was a great value. It was exactly what we were looking for in a weekend getaway. It has all the necessary amenities and the charm of a quaint cottage. If you are looking for lots of TVs and modern upgrades you may want to look elsewhere, but the location and property are perfect for getting to all the local attractions. Check-in Check-out was seamless.

Quaibt and Cozy
This is our second stay here and we will be back. The area is historic and sweet and the homes location is central to most things in the area. The house is rustic, lived in and charming. There is plenty of room for the whole family including your pets. The not shiny new and perfect makes you feel like you are visiting your hrandma.perfect
