La Suite Airport Hotel

My family and I stayed here for one night, and were pretty exhausted after a long drive from Sa Pa to Hanoi. Service and room service were solid, and some drawbacks I have about this hotel is it can be loud in early morning, as if I already plugged in my earplugs for a long rest. And, one of our room A/C may not work properly, so an A/C maintenance is suggested. We recently stayed at La Teisu Airport Hotel in Hanoi for one night after a long drive from Sa Pa. Here are our thoughts: Pros: Service: The service was solid, with friendly and helpful staff. Room Service: Room service was efficient and met our needs. Cons: Noise: The hotel can be quite loud in the early morning, which can be disruptive even with earplugs. A/C Issues: One of our room’s air conditioning units did not work properly, so maintenance is recommended. Overall, while the hotel has its strengths in service and room service, there are areas for improvement, particularly in noise control and A/C maintenance.
