The trip was incredible! The guide was very safe and the accommodations were beautiful. Was so surprised by how delicious each meal was- some of the best food I’ve had yet! So exhilarating to spend the day on the bike and the views are phenomenal. I highly recommend this trip.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at Cheers Hanoi, the staff were very lovely and the hostel was clean and cosy. They also arranged two trips for us, the Ha Giang Loop and Ha Long Bay cruise, each trip was run very well, with a lot of attention to detail. Thank you to Ruby, Annie and Teng for making our stay so special.

Best hostel ever! Everyone is so so welcoming and friendly and the ha giang loop is the most amazing thing I’ve ever done, the views are incridcle and easy riders makes the experience so so great, very nice facilities and lovely wholesome food too ❤️

Stayed in the dorms where there was no hot water in a mouldy, rundown bathroom. Towel provided had holes all through it. Their roof top area is no longer available to guests and used for “storage” now. I did not find it a social hostel for a solo traveler. However, the Ha Giang Loop Tour they provide through their hostel is awesome - highly recommend that!

Only positive thing about this hostel was the tour organized for Ha Giang Loop. Staff wasn’t very professional, they didn’t care at all about problems in our dorm. They barely speak English so it doesn’t help. No breakfast and it’s not really a social hostel, more like a hotel.

Must do experience! Very well looked after throughout the tour and loved the homestay welcomes! Very cosy and a great chance to experience the countryside. Recommend the happy water - gives you energy for the next day! Will definitely return!

Cheers hostel was a wonderful stay. It is very well located in the old city and our view from the top floor was fantastic onto St Joseph's cathedral. Solidly priced and with all the amenities you'd expect

Did the 4 day ha giang loop with cheers hostel, it was amazing and since we did 4 day we got a mostly private tour due, only being joined by big groups for meals. I did it with my partner and 2 more friends and we all had an amazing time. The english communication from the guides and tour organisers is also amazing. Our Drivers are all very cool and love to have fun as well. Would definitely recommend!

Great hostel! Staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are also tidy and quit! We stayed in a two person room, airconditioning was function good. We even had a balcony where we could sit. Also the location of the hostel is really central. Would definitely recommend!
