Chúng tôi đã có kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời nhất tại khách sạn San! Các nhân viên rất hữu ích và thân thiện, và làm cho chuyến đi của chúng tôi tốt hơn rất nhiều. Các phòng rất rộng rãi và thoải mái, và vị trí rất lý tưởng. Chắc chắn sẽ giới thiệu!

Khách sạn Allure ở Hà Nội hoàn hảo mọi mặt, từ vị trí, phòng ốc, đồ ăn và Đặc biệt là những người làm việc ở đó. Tại quầy lễ tân, người phụ nữ Anna đã giúp chúng tôi thiết lập Grab và chúng tôi đã sử dụng nó khi đi xa vào ban đêm. Tôi thích kéo một chiếc ghế đẩu nhỏ màu xanh và hòa vào cuộc sống thực sự ở Việt Nam để ăn mì vào một đêm hè. Trải nghiệm tuyệt vời là mọi cách.

A Good Experience We only stayed at this hotel for a few hours, but everything was excellent. The room was just as we requested—clean, comfortable, and with a balcony. We didn’t get a chance to try the food due to our short stay, but the hotel is in a great location, and the staff were very friendly, especially at the reception and the doorman. Right across from the hotel, there’s a small snack place that we highly recommend: we had the best mango juice in Vietnam and a watermelon fruit salad for only 100,000 VND. A great surprise!

This hotel is in a gorgeous street very close to the lake but much quieter than being on a main road. The staff are very helpful, the rooms clean and spacious. Breakfast is served at a sister hotel across the road, the omelettes are excellent! We were very happy with our stay at this hotel

I recently stayed fantastic experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, whether it was recommending local attractions or arranging transportation. My room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful ocean view. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water and daily housekeeping.

Great 5 nights in Hanoi and the hotel was in a fantastic location, in a quiet street, as Hanoi is crazy busy with beeping mopeds. Had a lovely room up on the 6th floor so it was perfect Very close to old French quarter so easy to walk everywhere and also right next to the lake for a Lovely walk . Lots of good Local coffee and food places too. Staff All so attentive and helpful. Great breakfast in sister hotel. All in all they were great and definitely a hotel l'd recommend. Thank you all :)

Staff we’re very friendly and welcoming, they even gave us a free room upgrade. They took our luggage for storage when we came earlier than check in time. Very convenient location - close to everything, spa, coffee shops, food, the lake, shops!

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. Very accommodating staff, Lily who help us to make our trip easy and enjoyed exploring the beauty of Hanoi. Hotel is clean and all amenities are replenished everyday. Smiling face to welcome us everyday.
