TV is small and there is no coffee machine for such a prestigious 5 stars hotel. Service staff at the breakfast area shows unfriendliness when requested for an omelette.

This hotel was fantastic, very accommodating for foreigners, with the service staff being extremely friendly! It is in a great location - just a few minutes away from West Lake. The hotel’s restaurant and bar were both great, the breakfast at the restaurant being one of the best I have had in China! I would definitely stay again.

A perfect classic 5-Star-Hotel in the heart of the town and near the West Lake. We had all amenities and top service. Love to come again for recreation, site seeing and shopping :-))

Great location close to night market and women’s street. If you want room with good lake view then get room on 11th floor or above. Would be nice if there’s blue tooth speakers in the room.

First time in Hangzhou . Shangri-La has never failed to impress me . Very accommodating. Location is very near to wulin night market . Would like to stay longer but had to catch next day flight . Only issue is not getting point for Shangri-La member ….

Fantastic hotel with great service. We couldnt check-in until after 4 and they gave us an upgrade and bottle of wine. Lovely room, great location and the fitness/spa facilities are wonderful. Highly recommended.

We had a blast staying here. It’s located right in the heart of the town. You can walk to West lake and everything else is 10-15 minutes with a didi. They have 24/7 room service,food places are readily accessible downstairs. Highly recommend.
