Great location: 10 min. walking distance to the mixc shopping center, or continue for 5 min. and you reach Raffles City shopping center, both centers with many stores, cafes, restaurants etc. 7 min. walking distance to the metro station… Clean and quite room, washing machine (I used it) in the room, a nice indoor swimming pool, a gym, nice staff everywhere (reception, cleaning/housekeeping, and restaurant)…

Repeated stay for business when working in our Hangzhou office since years. I am so grateful for the friendly staff who helped me to find and return to me a trouser which fell out of the window when I wanted to dry it, stupid me- front desk lady patiently went to the site and called for help to pick it from the fassade! - My colleague traveling with me was offered a free breakfast. - Hotel has changed name and brand, the staff is still excellent! Thank you very much!

I arrived late at night and once went to my room I found that the safe was was not available. O I informed the reception and they apologized for taking the safe out and they sent me to a grand two bed room suite instead which was extremely clean and spacious though I did not really needed it but it was a very good move from them they even offered me a free breakfast . Staff were generally very polite and cooperative. I am sorry that I could only stay one night.

Need to do some upgrade, the facilities too old. The lighting in the room and bathroom is too dim. Shower head not in good condition.
