I went with a small group of travelers for couple of day and was pleasantly surprised by comfort of the hotel, but above all kindness and hospitality of the owners and staff. That is something that can lack on Easter Island as visitors are many times seen as walking wallets. NOT here though! The owners and staff do their very best and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and assisted if needed, whenever needed. The hotel is clean, has a nice small pool and great breakfasts. Thank you!! Will be back!

Small, quiet, basic place a little walk from town. Very friendly staff, who were only there during the day. Basic room with two old fashioned TV's - I think with a single channel on each! :-) Didn't seem to be able to get hot water either. A charming quiet place though, virtually opposite the airport.

Me encantó, bien ubicado, limpio, todo muy cuidado, las habitaciones amplias y cómodas, con espacios comunes que permiten reunirte y compartir con el grupo de amigas con las que viaje. Las camas y almohadas que son importantes para un descanso luego de recorrer la isla, son de muy buena calidad. Volvería feliz.

habitaciones con enseres básicos. Las llaves de los baños presentaban acumulación de sarro lo que visualmente no es agradable. Se ofrece servicio de traslado desde y hacia el aeropuerto, sin embargo, solo se concreto el traslado desde el aeropuerto al hotel se hizo la vista gorda el traslado desde el hotel al aeropuerto. Se nos exigio el ultimo dia abandonar las habitaciones los mas temprano posible inclusive faltando 2 horas para el check-out pactado ya que tenian la habitacion arrendada a otros pasajeros y querian prepararla para ellos. No es del todo recomendable pese a ser un hotel visualmente bonito, deja mucho que desear en terminos de administración y organización.

Hotel muy acogedor en areas y atención , habilitación de espacios comunes confortables con equipamiento y wifi , personal que trabaja muy amable y disponible , calidad de servicio excelente , cercano a aeropuerto.

Buen servicio, personal muy amable, buen desayuno, ambiente grato, piscina para relajarse, piezas siempre limpias. Existen buenas recomendaciones de parte del personal para actividades durante el dia.

Me encantó la cercanía de la gente que trabaja en el hotel , super preocupados de que uno se sintiera bien y disfrutará el día dia ( iniciando con un rico desayuno), sus habitaciones son limpias y cuentan con lo necesario para estar comodo. Además queda cercano al centro de Hanga roa , disfrutamos una linda estadia.

Hotel muy familiar y con atención directa de sus dueños. Gran calidad de servicio. Siempre dispuestos a ayudarte y solucionar cualquier duda o inquietud. Se preocupan de todos los detalles. Buenas instalaciones y cerca del aeropuerto. Totalmente recomendable
