We have booked for 2 nights package- double room with Balcony. Hotel offered one way air port pickup service and driver arrived one time and picked us up from international airport, we were very happy with the service. Hotel also offered fruits and minibar on the first day we checked in, with fresh fruits and snacks, my kid love it. In addition, we also had tea set - 2 dishes of hot snacks and two smoothies, which was great for us who just come here to resort and have some quiet family time. We also booked for massage for two people, 1 time massage was included in the package and we paid for 2nd person. we choose ‘Thai massage’ to get a little strength massage, if you are beginner or 1st time trying massage in Thailand I recommend you to choose ‘Oil Massage’ for more gentle touch. Rooms was quite big/comfortable and swimming pool was good enough for kid to play their afternoon. Breakfast was good as well, especially their stir fried Cabbage, complimentary coffee at breakfast is really just okay, but you can get a handmade coffee from the bar at extra cost. Overall, except for a little older building/facility (typical Lana style), it was a good stay.

Love Lanna Art Deer resort 💜 Everything is nice and enough for a chilling holiday. The only disadvantage is that its quite far away from the centre, calling Gab is easy though.

This is an excellent resort away from the city but not too far from the action. You can go to the waterpark, elephant parks, and Bamboo rafting without sweating too much. The staff is helpful and hospitable. An excellent place to chill and relax. They made our stay comfortable and made special arrangements for a birthday in the family.

The service is a bit indifferent. omg, don't stay there on Saturday, the music at the nearby restaurant is so loud, it's like a party in your room. We were after a flight and could not sleep till 12, the next day it was quiet though. But it already ruined our experience and my second day as I was exhausted after major lack of sleep. If you got neighbors next door you can also understand everything they are saying unless you don't speak the language. The soundproof just doesn't exist. Anyway, I can't call a place a resort if it doesn't provide basic quietness after 10 pm. Not sure who gave it high score. I guess they didn't stay on the weekends. The facilities, design, etc all is good though. People are also quiet at night. At least we were lucky with that. The pool is clean, but of course its cold in January, some people were swimming though. The breakfast is good as well. Got books and some simple toys for kids. Poor score on the service since they told me they got no idea where the music is coming from and when would it stop. At the same time when I called other hotels trying to relocate (couldn't in the end as it was impossible to get a cab at 11 pm in the area), even they knew the problem of this hotel with the restaurant nearby.

這次住在小鹿度假藝術酒店 邂逅一場隱奢度假 在清邁的葱鬱山林間 有一處宛如遺世明珠般的度假酒店 為每一位渴望逃離喧囂的旅人， 編織着一場靜謐悠然的夢。 踏入酒店， 馥郁的花香與清新的草木氣息便將我温柔包裹。 泰式風格的建築錯落有致地分佈在園林之中， 精美的木雕、古樸的磚石， 每一處細節都訴説著歷史與文化的交融， 彷彿是將清邁的千年古韻濃縮於此。

優點: 1.有接機服務。2.酒店有個泳池，出片。 缺點:1.酒店不在清邁市區！我們從清邁古城grab打車370左右，即80左右人民幣，且有時打車很難，加價。如初次來清邁不建議住。2.衞生服務跟不上。我們連住3晚，其中一天沒來打掃，只是將毛巾和水放室內，垃圾桶老沒處理。3.由於在鄉村，吃很麻煩，都得長距離打車。4.健身房設備很low，兩台跑步機，一台壞的。5.周邊幾乎是荒野。

每年寒假我們都要來清邁度假，每次也都是住在小鹿度假藝術酒店，真的很享受！ 酒店的環境是濃濃的泰北花園風格🌼 鬱鬱葱葱的綠植環繞，繁花似錦，空氣中瀰漫著淡淡的花香。泳池清澈見底，陽光灑在水面上，波光粼粼，能悠閑地曬曬太陽、遊游泳，很愜意 房間是木質傢俱的佈置，床品柔軟舒適，在這的每一晚都睡的很舒適～還有一個小露台，晚上看星星聊天，欣賞着窗外的美景 酒店的餐廳提供早餐和🆓下午茶☕️，房間裏的小零食和飲料也很好吃😋前台工作人員特別熱情貼心，讓我們在異國他鄉也感覺到温暖 酒店每天還會安排班車送我們去最近的711，交通便捷

酒店的裝飾充滿了蘭納藝術特色，審美高，在這裏連住四晚，非常舒適，早餐豐富，泳池超大又乾淨，酒店的泰式按摩手法也很贊。客服服務特別好，感覺像是在清邁的家一樣温馨美好。下次來清邁，我還會選擇住這裏。
