Ocean View Terrace

Perfect Hamptons getaway! The adorable inn is very conveniently located off of Montauk Highway in Hampton Bays. The grounds are immaculate and very cute - there is a pool, picnic area, several hammocks and seatings areas, plus a small private beach. Conveniently park right in front of your room. Rooms are very clean, and the studio king is the perfect space for a weekend getaway. The best part was the comfortable bed and the ice cold air conditioning. The staff at the inn are extremely helpful and communicative. They were sure to text me to keep me updated on my early check-in request, they texted each evening reminding when the front office was closing for the night, and were very responsive. They also work hard to keep the inn in pristine condition. We were very sad to leave after the weekend and cannot wait to return!

I cannot say enough good things about OVT. I have been going here for several years now. So wonderful to see the new updates every time I visit, like their new Social Den. Enjoy some breakfast and relax or do some remote work. They do events also!

Loved my stay here! I went for my sister in laws bachelorette weekend and was amazed at the service they offered. Cannot thank Richard enough for going out of his way to make us happy. He was so beyond helpful in planning our trips and suggesting places to go in the area

This resort was awesome and so clean, the staff is friendly and professional. It was only a quick stay on our road trip, but we wish we could have stayed longer. Richie was wonderful at the free breakfast, and we highly recommend staying at the Ocean View Terrance. We Will be back for a longer stay and to enjoy the Hamptons.

Adriana, Yanni and Richard simply provided me and about (16) other friends the best accommodations the weekend of May 12 - 14, 2023. They were all attentive, extremely courteous, friendly and knowledgeable with providing advice around things to do in the Hamptons. They very responsive to all my guests requests on their Ocean View Terrace Inn property.... We were their to celebrate (3) friends and my birthday at a nearby relatives home in South Hampton... We found the accommodations so amazingly comfortable and cozy at newly renovated OVT that we grilled, prep food and had a pre-birthday celebration on Friday night...ans Adrianna and Richard were on the property ensuring we had what we needed! If anyone is planning at tripto the Hamptons Bays, South Hampton and surrounding areas looking for a very reasonably price, scenic, well maintained hotel property with a pool and beautiful view of the Hampton Bay walking distance to restaurants and reasonably close travel distance to quaint downtown, beaches and other sites. I strongly recommend considering contacting Adrianna, Yanni and Richard at the Ocean View Terrace Inn (OVT)! I recommended to my neighbor for him and his wife to consider a weekend getaway with their 2 year old to Ocean View Terrace Inn (OVT) they won't regret it. You won't either! 👏 Everette

My first time there, spent 2 nights for a mother and daughter getaway, WONDERFUL! clean, modern rooms, excellent bedding, beautiful views, everything you need at breakfast time, walking or short drive distance to restaurants, the property has grills and picnic tables, the pool is very inviting. Richard the events director was very accommodating, always there when needed, very friendly. I will be going back!!!
