The Orangers Beach Resort and Bungalows All Inclusive

Just ignore negative comments! The hotel is absolutely amazing for the money you pay. The beach is amazing, food and drinks available 27/7, pool is nice and clean too. You also have a club inside the resort, which is a bonus. They have the best animation team, they do a lot for you, (shout out to mr. Rio especially) Waiters aswell they are amazing. (Amir is doing best cocktails 😁) But expect from all the staff to want tip from you, it's a common practice in all Tunisia not just at this hotel. Outside the hotel is a different world, so if you want to go, better do not go alone. Overall, the best hotel I've been so far, and definitely coming back 1 day!!

We returned to this once outstanding hotel to find sadly a hotel at such a standard that was not fitting for guests though the cats enjoyed it as a cat home. We paid for a luxury sea view and had a small room view blocked by kitchen and the smells from kitchen. No Bath and no electric on one side of the room and no TV for 5 days. It had a stetch of cats urine which ruled the hotel. It is a souless hotel with nil customer service and most did not speak English There where 4 members of staff from when I was last there for my friend's birthday only 3 years' ago and they tried to make us welcomed but advised us to leave as it was now run for German and French in Government Care homes so the Family had leased it out to this consortium from Tunis. I tried to liaise every morning with the GM who did not listen and indeed then asked me to a room to inspect on my own where I felt compromised and fled. We checked out next day We did report to Easy Jet on line to be told the internet was impossible there which it was and spoke to the Rep there to be told Love not my business only deal with transfers waited 5 days to hear from them and nothing. We decided to cut our losses and flee with our sanity and health in tact. Avoid at all costs.

Had a nice break over Christmas 2024. The good stuff: • Check-in was smooth and efficient. • Our rooms were as booked, double sea-view rooms with a breathtaking view of the Sea. • The staff were all fantastic, special mentions go to the Entertainment Team (Malek - you need to improve your card game) and the Chef at the beachfront pizza bar. • The hotel was kept clean and tidy by the grounds staff. A couple of bad bits: • The food in the main restaurant was often cold, even at start of service. • The drinks selection was very limited. Overall we have it 4* (would have been a 3* were it not for the efforts of the staff)

This was our first time to Tunisia and we loved it. For us it was a 3 generational family holiday with 3 small children. Travelling in November there weren't many other children but the weather was just perfect, not too hot, the water (sea and pool) still warm enough and the beach just beautiful and clean. Lots of sunbeds under cover, too. Our rooms were interconnecting and near the beach and restaurants. They are traditional furnished but very comfortable and clean with balconies. The bungalows near the beach were popular. The extensive grounds are just beautiful and well kept, and the main restaurant featured an amazing array of varied food buffet style, always with some stations to cook certain dishes in front of you. As this is an all inclusive resort, there was a good choice of drinks - alcoholic and non alcoholic throughout the day and evening. There was a sort of square with seating area for pre dinner drinks with a small stage for entertainment at night and some classes during the day as well as an indoor and outdoor play area. The hotel was not full in November but there was still an entertainment team if you wished to be included. What really made our stay so special was the staff at the hotel. Our waiters couldn't do enough for us, almost anticipated every need which is great with children. Equally the room service was very friendly and helpful, hence I found out quite a few people stay for an extended period - it feels like the home from home. Another bonus was the large indoor pool with warm water which was great at the end of the day - it also has a lovely sunset setting with an outdoor sitting area. There is of course a Hamman area too and horse riding. A camel ride if you must and Hammamet a longer walk along the beach or a short taxi ride away . There are of course many more excursions one can undertake. Last not least the in-house photographer really produces fantastic photos if you like a visible memory of your wonderful stay. I should love to return one day.

Honest Review from a travel agent This hotel as to be one of the cleanest hotels I’ve been too and I’m very fussy. Great food and the staff were amazing. I never stopped eating. Lovely beach and beach restaurant with themed dinner nights. My only criticism was that our room was a little tired and could go with a bit of an update. Next time I would definitely go for a sea view as we had a court yard view which made the room dark. Overall I would recommend.

Am here at present. The hotel grounds are amazing and well kept by the garden staff. Rooms are good size and kept spotless. The layout of the hotel is great lots of different places to sit with a coffee. Beach is lovely. Food is great choice especially at lunchtime,the wok station is fantastic. The staff are always smiling and saying hello and are so helpful, since I arrived I have felt relaxed and welcome. Entertainment staff are also helpful telling you about the daily activities on offer. My wife had a massage and loved it. Heated indoor pool and a shisa bar . I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing break from the weather in the UK. We will be coming back next year as we have loved every minute of our time here. A huge thank you to all the staff for making this a very pleasant trip.
