The only redeeming feature of this hotel is the staff they go out of their way to help you and make you comfortable. That is what the star is for. Other than that I have nothing positive to say about this hotel. I booked it through Love Holiday and it was advertised as a 4 star hotel. This is not the case. I would say it's barely a 2 star. The hotel is very dated, barely lit. Everything about it is dark and dingy. Our room overlooked the main reception area, which was very noisy. The room we were given was one which had not been updated, and bared no resemblance to the one advertised on Love Holidays. Yhe tpilet wpuldnt flush properly. The beds were rock hard, bedding stained, furnishing very dated. There was one single electrical socket in the room. The all inclusive drinks were very limited. The pools weren't clean and the water slides were out of use, which was probably a good things as the looked like they should have been condemned. WiFi would not work in the rooms, we had to go into reception or sit in the corridor outside our room to get a signal. The gaming area and pool table had all seen much better days. The deciding factor in my decision to leave after 1 night was down to inappropriate comments made towards my by an inebriated guest who thought it was okay to be suggestive in front of my two children. As a single parent traveling with my sons for the first time I felt Vulnerable When raised with love Holidays I was advised to raise it with redeption and provide a description. I did and was told that there were a lot of handball teams in due to a tournament and they would be gone in a couple of days then I wouldn't need to worry. I was not prepared to do that, so found alternative accommodation at Sentido Phenicia Hotel and checked out within 12 hours of checking in. I have supplied some photos but honestly, they don't look as bad as it actually was.

Pleasant experience , staff are friendly and are ready to help at any point especially behind Samir reception and Ali behind the bar - also the director Mohamed Nabouli is always happy to help and the excursion guy is the man to speak to for reasonable rates , I recommend the quad bikes and Sahara experiences - the cleaning staff are also very nice and achieve high standards of cleanness good food also

We had a lovely stay from Boxing Day to New Year’s Day staff are so friendly especially Sonia on reception the bar staff and your 2 morning cooks that do the omelettes and pancakes and doughnuts man and a lady they were lovely to me and my family, room was big and seperate bedroom for my teenage children always cleaned very well your cleaners don’t stop they are good rooms are abit dated could do with a refurb , food was lovely too always a big choice, walk to the beach was funny as you walk straight through a building site. The only downside to the hotel is the men that sell the trips especially going on about the quad bikes they really are pushy and don’t leave you alone even though you have told them your not interested we did notice they only target the British never mithered over nationalities other than that we would visit again probably to see what the hotel is like in the summer

The rooms are nothing like what is advertised. They are old and need redecorating, the fridges and hairdryers need replacing neither work. The air con not working means you cannot sleep at night. Large vents in the corridors go off at all times and then set the fire alarms off. The beach consisted of 3 sun beds, the whole of the activities, golf, tennis, football and volleyball are a danger and cannot be used. The restaurant staff were extremely helpful and polite. Food was ok, a bit repetitive but it was ok. Although there is a staged area outside all entertainment in the evening was in the one bar that was open, it was so loud that it could be heard all round the hotel. It certainly does not warrant a 4* rating. Would I go again nope not a chance

Arrived the 30th of May for a 3 week solo stay. The staff are absolutely amazing, they understand when you’re looking for company and when you want space! The food is the best buffet I’ve had in a long time. It’s still not high season but I here are at least 4 manned stations at lunch and dinner! Pasta, pizza, the grill and something freshly fried! Honestly the only thing I would change is the fact my toliet whistles after a long flush. Considering what I paid, I’ll take that minor inconvenience! Will be recommending to anyone who’ll listen
