10/10 attentive friendly service, impeccable food and spotless rooms! Me and my mum stayed here in the seafront bungalow for a week for one of our favourite holidays yet. Nothing is ever too much for the staff Nabil has been amazing for room service and Moez has been great at the bar! The rooms are cleaned to perfection with very comfy beds and pillows. The grounds are very spacious and luxurious, really recommend for a relaxing getaway

The service is so disappointing from the room service, the beach service and the breakfast. The staff does not care about the clients. This is the 4th time we come to the hotel and it will be definitely the last time.

We have been loyal guests of this hotel for the past five years, visiting at least twice annually. Unfortunately, our experience this year was far below expectations, and the declining quality over time has been noticeable. The cleanliness around the swimming pool area was unacceptable, particularly the toilets, which were very dirty. The buffet quality has deteriorated significantly—the salad had an off-putting smell, and as a pregnant woman with a 3-year-old, this was especially concerning. The organization of the food stations was poor, with long, chaotic queues for grilled meat and seafood. Additionally, basic services like room cleaning and mini-bar refills were neglected, which was unexpected for a hotel of this standard. Lastly, the attitude of some staff members was unpleasant, contributing to an overall unwelcoming atmosphere. This stay was a bad surprise, especially given our long-term patronage. We hope management addresses these issues, as it’s disheartening to see a once-reliable hotel decline so noticeably.

R00ms basic but very clean beds comfy and pillows luvly read reviews b4 we left x but we didn't find fault with same issues yess does need up grade lounge furniture ripped big horrible carpets x restaurant basic x but the beach restaurant amazing food staff wine x thort was in different hotel best beach ever in Tunisia guys so luvly x all in all good 3 tar x staff hit and miss reception not that friendly

The entertainments is amazing. Sazuki, Adam and Tibo are the best entertainers. Would recommend if you want a holiday with great entertainment.
