Hôtel fermé Nous avions réservé pour arriver le 31/03/25 par le biais de last minute .com et nous avons été accueilli par un gardien qui nous a répondu que l hôtel était fermé. Nous avons été reloger au Regency hôtel car les deux hôtels appartiennent au même propriétaire.

J'ai aimé le groupe d'animation de l'hotel Safa et med lamine et karim كانوا احسن فرقة و احسن معاملة سواء مع الاطفال ولا مع لكبار piscine très jolie ambiance musical très bien. معاملة من قبل المنشطين و المنشطات مع الحرفاء و الاطفال جيدة جدا و بقية الاطراف من عمالالاستقبال و المطعم ، انصح به السياح

Sale du plafond au sol des excréments sur le mur des toilettes du sang aussi je pense que c'est ceux des menstrues les araignées on presque tisser pas une toile mais un tapis ascenseur toujours en panne piscine pleinne de mousse toute verdâtre donc j'ai attrapé une infection urinaires

Ceci est mon toute premiere fois que je note une expérience sur TripAdvisor: saleté, hotel délabré, service nul, toute les horreurs que vous imaginez sont présente ici. Heureusement que nous sommes ici juste pour la journée à la piscine. Jamais je reviendrai

حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل في الوكالات السياحية التي تتعامل مع هذا الفندق وسخ رهيب نظام صفر همج اعطيت الغرفة للزبون مع بقايا قيء واوساخ وغبار لا تعويض حتى وان لم يعجبه الفندق والمغادرة حتى من الصدمة لم ناخذ الصور الكارثية للمكان وبشهادة عدد كبير تاكد الجميع انها حقيقة انه سيء جدا فندق تحت المستوى وحسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل في كل وكالة سفر تتعامل معه لجمع مال والمتاجرة بدون ضمير

J’ai trouvé des matières fécales de souris sous les oreillers. Et ça après avoir demandé de me changer de chambre a cause de la saleté que j’ai trouvé dans la première chambre qui m’ont donné.Un hôtel hyper sale et très médiocre sur tout les plans. A éviter absolument et je trouve qu’il devrait pas être ouvert au public carrément car il be répond même pas au exigences les plus basiques d’hygiène.
