The guy working in the restaurant is terrible. I took a tissue from the table as the waiter told me to do when I asked him for some and then he started shouting in front of the whole crowd present there that I ruined the table and its organization while I just did what the waiter told me. Other time, I asked him again for tissue he shouted in my face and told me to go to the bathroom to take some tissues while I was eating and didn’t even gave me some. This is truly unacceptable and made me realize that I spend my money on something that doesn’t even deserve a penny. Moreover, when you take food everyone from the staff starts to look and examine your plate as if they haven’t even saw food for decades or as if they are being deprived from food since they were born. The team except the guy and girl in the reception are terrible. They are all unhappy and always make you feel guilty about anything. For me this is a 2 stars hotel no more. It will really be my last visit to this I would call hostel.

Before you consider booking this hotel, please read this carefully. The new management has clearly changed the way things are run — they’ve made budget cuts everywhere, from poor or unfinished repairs to minimal maintenance, and it shows. For example, at the pool bar, they only give you cold water if you leave a tip — otherwise, you get warm bottles. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, even yelling at guests, and the reception made us wait over three hours to get our room, which only happened after a heated argument. The restaurant is just as bad: there’s no air conditioning, the atmosphere is chaotic, and it feels more like a noisy downtown canteen than a hotel restaurant. I felt completely trapped during my stay, and even if it were free, I would never come back — and neither would the people who were there with me, as we all shared the same frustration. What’s worse is that they’re not even open to feedback. I’m writing this not out of anger but to warn others and because I feel bad for a place as beautiful as Hammamet. This hotel drags the name of the city down. I truly hope they rethink everything, but as it stands, avoid this hotel at all costs.

The room is nice, the fridge works and there is even a hairdryer. The cleanliness is great, I can't complain about anything. The restaurant is large, both indoor and outdoor, and there is plenty of food to choose from. The bartenders take care of you as they should. No one asks for money. The pool is large, warm and not full of people. The animators are great, they take care of the people and they are nice. I can really only recommend it.

The food is really good I liked the pool and the people here . We really had so much fun with family and we met nice and welcoming people .

The food at the hotel was tasty and there were many choices. We loved the breakfast buffet and sometimes ordered room service. The meals made our stay gre
