My partner and I have just returned after a one week stay at oceana , we were there to celebrate his 50th birthday I was a bit worried when I found out the hotel wasn’t a TUI blue as it was when I booked it, I need not have worried , we were greeted by the hotel manager who was super friendly, we were given a welcome drink which was great as it was so hot, I had messaged the hotel to upgrade our room to a sea view , it was so worth it , the room was very spacious and clean and the view was incredible, the pool area was very chilled and the staff at the pool bar was very helpful and incredibly hard working , the guys in the lobby bar was amazing! Fantastic drinks they were very knowledgeable and great fun especially makrahm ( I’ve probably spelt his name totally wrong! ) the food in the main restaurant was very varied , something for everyone and the staff again were great! Last but not least the lady on reception was the nicest person! So friendly and always had a smile if I had any criticisms about this hotel it would be that the beach bar doesn’t open until June and the adult only area pool needs some attention, staff were organising what looked like a new outdoor restaurant or bar which would be fantastic! We had an amazing stay at oceana the beach pool and grounds are tended to do well , the jewel in its crown tho are it’s amazing staff team , we will definitely return to this hotel

Breakfast abundant but ordinary quality not to say mediocre. Very noisy bars with two different music's towards the beach but audible as well inside. In the night colours are projected over the facade disturbing you if you want to leave the curtains open. Emergency information on the door was missing. Ecologic orientation which is displayed everywhere is contrasted by few real actions. Water sprinklers are running in full daytime for example, no water saving WCs. Last but not least, No idea why this hotels called itself adult focussed.

The first few days were almost perfect as we experienced the, as advertised, adult focussed hotel. However, when 40 plus noisy screaming crying children arrived the holiday was ruined for us. They took over the pool, the dining area and the whole relaxing experience we paid for and envisioned was spoilt. We were unable to relax in peace, chill and be away from noise which was the whole point!

The staff is very friendly and attentive up to the smallest details. Lot's of private space and beautiful environment! Also quite a lot of activities can be organised up on the request. Big variety of drinks and food. We definitely recommend -Simona

Totally misrepresented as a quiet, deluxe adult only spa resort. A week of noisy building works at the pool bar while the resort prepared for a conference, the smell of paint as the external facade was painted the smell penetrated throughout the building making it impossible to remain inside during the day. Then a day when the venue was a party venue for a team building conference of 200 youngsters playing games with loudspeakers and megaphones announcing winners - sack races and stilt races it was like a child’s party - this went on till 9pm with music so loud it would not be out of place at any Ibiza party. The music was so loud the staff were embarrassed. Congratulations to the French couple who refused to leave their pool side chairs even when surrounded by the delegates. No notice although a letter was written by the management just never sent ..Also not adult only such a shame when the staff were lovely but what can they do but ask listen and then do nothing …

The staff is super nice and friendly. It is a very comfortable and luxurious place. What a super clean place, food is super yummy, and rooms are very cozy clean, and beds are soft and fluffy. I recommend this place and proud to have such services in Tunisia.

What an amazing, comfortable hotel. The service is excellent, food is so delicious. The attendants are super friendly and always smiling! Rooms are very clean and the beds and pillows are so fluffy! The whole staff follows up witj every tiny detail. I completely recommend it!
