This well appointed 2 bedroom townhouse is located on the hillside between the Marina and the Resort side of the Island. The townhouse is fully self contained, fully air-conditioned and includes a fully equipped Kitchen and Laundry. All crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, linen, bath & beach towels are supplied. The main bedroom consists of a queen size bed and opens up on to a private balcony, where you can enjoy a glass of wine while enjoying the fantastic Hamilton Island Sunsets. The second bedroom has a King bed , which can be split into 2 singles, High Chair and Cot. The Bathroom has a shower bath, and there is a separate toilet upstairs as well as down stairs. The living area has a smart T.V and opens out to a private courtyard, which has a B.B.Q and outdoor setting. The Sunset Waters complex has its own private pool, surrounded by mature tropical gardens and you also have access to all resort pools and resort facilities. To get around the Island with ease, you are provided with the exclusive use of a complimentary buggy. You will also be met by our valet service at the airport or ferry terminal and taken to your apartment. This service is also provided for your return. You’ll have access to all Resort facilities, including water sports*, sports club* and The Kids Clownfish Club*. There are also baby-sitting services available through the Clownfish Club. *charges apply Whatever takes your fancy in the food stakes, there are more than ten restaurants to choose from and do suggest booking ahead for the popular ones.
