Unlike other reviews, it's not good enough—Super single size bed, not clean sheet, not fluent English speaking and less trained staff.

I must come in that this is a lovely very clean and very welcoming hotel and you won’t go far wrong booking in here especially if you deal with the reception manager Ayub who is fantastic and speaks perfect English and you’d be hard pushed to find about a hotel manager.

Easy booking online, even with a dog (something a lot of other hotels don't let you add yourself.) After having spent the previous night in a horrible motelroom, the cleanliness was bliss. Big room, friendly reception, good parking. Quite far from the city centre (my own fault for not checking location).

this no frill hotel is really tops. Great location, very nice rooms, small but compact bathroom. My only complaint is that the room doors are very loud upon closing which becomes annoying when lots of people near you arrive during the night. I chose not to get breakfast since I eat little and the cost would have not warranted it.

Charged me twice and refund not received. Noisy room with noisy aircon, even when switched off. This is not a B&B, breakfast is not included. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in whilst in Germany. Now for the fight for my money back ( be careful folks!)

Im "gut und günstig-Sektor" ist das Hotel vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind klein und etwas hellhörig, jedoch sauber und funktionell. Das Frühstück preiswert aber schlicht. Wer in Hamburg einfach einen Platz zum schlafen sucht und eine Basis an Komfort nicht missen möchte, ist hier richtig!

Hotel a 200 metros da estação de metro. Bomba de gasolina ao lado para eventuais compras rápidas. Quarto arejado e limpo.Apesar de estar perto de uma via principal, muito tranquilo.Agradável. Wifi deficiente.Check in/out céleres.

Für 1-2 Nächte gerade noch okay. Alles um das Hotel herum ist sehr laut (6 spurige Strasse) und somit Fenster öffnen keine Option. Snack-Automat defekt und das Frühstück (10 Euro extra) auch sehr überschaubar. Da lohnt sich der Gang zur Tankstelle nebenan. In dieser Preisklasse (noch günstig für HH) bekommt man sicher etwas besseres, wenn man sich informiert.

Gutes Business Hotel mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen.Hotel ist sauber und WLAN gut. Würde hier wieder übernachten. HDMI am Fernseher ist verfügbar. Frühstück ist besser geworden im B&B Hotel. Wenn man keine großen Ansprüche hat, ist es gut.

Bon accueil, nous avons échangé en anglais, c'était parfait. L'hôtel est très propre, la chambre spacieuse. La literie est bonne, nous avons très bien dormi, la clim fonctionnait très bien. Le parking est gratuit. L'hôtel est situé à 200 m d'une station de métro. Le métro est direct pour visiter le centre ville. restaurants à proximité. Au retour de nos vacances, nous sommes revenus dans cet hôtel et même accueil, belle chambre propre. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Très bon rapport qualité/prix

ASPETTI POSITIVI: presenza di parcheggio, vicinanza distributore di carburante e minimaket, vicinanza a fermata metro per raggiungere il centro di Amburgo. Camera di modeste dimensioni ma ben insonorizzata -- PUNTI DI DEBOLEZZA: Ci è capitata al check in (ore 21 circa) receptionist indisponente che non ci ha riservato la migliore accoglienza, tanto da temere per un attimo di non trovare la disponibilità delle stanze prenotate. Al check out invece abbiamo trovato persona sorridente e probabilmente con miglior approccio al cliente
