Great room! Great beds. Overall good. Very clean rooms and good service.

Stayed here for 2 nights from 11th - 13th Was under the impression it would be a good hotel As it was quite pricey & had decent reviews. 1. Windows did not open & the reception refused to open them, Having stayed over 2 nights with no fresh air in the room was horrible. Air conditioning was broken & did not work, Ran the air conditioning the whole day/time I was there & the room was still unbearably hot. 2. First night of the stay found multiple small black bugs on the bed had to check the whole bed before sleep to remove any & asked for the sheets to be changed the next day. 3. Broken pieces of glass found in our room near the window on the floor. 4. 20 minutes after check in, I was sitting on the end of the bed unpacking my bag & my partner having a shower when 2 hotel staff a man & woman knocked one time & barged there way into the room… They apologised, But in reality this pissed me off and is unprofessional. 5. The tv in our room had been dislodged from the wall bracket and was sitting there on a heavy angle, No tooth brush or anything of the sort provided, had to go down stairs to a local pharmacy/supermarket to buy a tooth brush. 6. The phone provided in the room did not make calls to the front desk or work, you would press 1 digit & it would sound like a siren. My final resolution for this hotel is DO NOT STAY HERE. For half of the price you can stay somewhere that has windows that open and fresh air & don’t have bugs on the beds. I had to stay with my partner for 2 whole nights in a hot/muggy/uncomfortable temperature. Look the staff where nice this was probably the only good things about this hotel, But it’s expected you’re a hotel.. I did not bring any of these points to the front reception at the time of stay, As my criticism & bad points where starting become more then just one.

- Service generally good, especially in the restaurant - Room was not equipped well --＞ tissue box missing (after cleaning it was still not refilled); kettle was missing - Shower and shower wall was not cleaned at all - A lot of dust underneath the bed - Shower mat was taken when they cleaned but not brought back - After cleaning shower gel was just thrown beside the sink

房間乾淨，還送了糖果，有針線盒，挺好的。距離中央火車站比較近，步行十分鐘左右就可以到，早餐也還不錯。

位置非常好，近火車站，整體裝修新，而且很現代化。真的不錯，下次會再入住那裡

房間乾淨整潔，格局緊湊，幾乎沒有浪費的空間，尤其是在細節和人性化的服務上做得很好。早餐豐富、精緻、新鮮、美味，但是，幾乎每天都是一樣的食品（我們住了三天）。

Die Zimmer sind groß, modern und geräumig - mit abgetrenntem WC. Das Frühstück ist top , alles was das Herz begehrt sowie auch selbst zusammengestaltetes Omelette. Saunabereich klein aber fein , mit 2 Saunen ,Fußbecken und Ruheraum. Freundlicher Empfang , auch obwohl wir vor Check-In Zeit da waren , gar kein Thema und das Zimmer war schon frei. Das einzige Manko für uns ist die nicht so gute Lage , da die nächste Ubahn Station ein Stückchen entfernt ist. Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel :-)

服務態度很好設施很好，歐洲自助早餐都大差不差。但總感覺衞生間馬桶沒打掃乾淨，有待提高。我也衹是短暫路過歇腳一天～

Trotz kurzem Aufenthalt, kam eine Zimmerreinigung. Sehr saubere Zimmer, schicke Bar und super Service an der Rezeption.

在漢堡算中等偏上的酒店。check in 一般在15.30以後，停車場不要佔用殘疾人車位，推薦酒店2樓餐廳

Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, Zimmer war top, aber es besteht keine Möglichkeit das Fenster oder eine andere Lüftungsmöglichkeit im Zimmer zu öffnen! Frühstück war klasse und jeder Gast sollte dort seine Speisen am Morgen finden, die er sich wünscht.
