Excellent hotel.Warm welcome at check in.Clean, comfortable room.Complimentary mini bar.Very nice 11floor bar.15 minute walk to Hamburg Central Station.Second stay in 10 months highly recommend

Best locations and excellent services! This is our first time in Hamburg and I’m so glad to choose here for our staying. I must say the free minibar and coffee machine is second to none which makes it possible for me to wake up with a hot coffee and bring a glass of cola with me when I’m out. Hope we can meet in the future again!

Stayed here for 2 nights from 11th - 13th Was under the impression it would be a good hotel As it was quite pricey & had decent reviews. 1. Windows did not open & the reception refused to open them, Having stayed over 2 nights with no fresh air in the room was horrible. Air conditioning was broken & did not work, Ran the air conditioning the whole day/time I was there & the room was still unbearably hot. 2. First night of the stay found multiple small black bugs on the bed had to check the whole bed before sleep to remove any & asked for the sheets to be changed the next day. 3. Broken pieces of glass found in our room near the window on the floor. 4. 20 minutes after check in, I was sitting on the end of the bed unpacking my bag & my partner having a shower when 2 hotel staff a man & woman knocked one time & barged there way into the room… They apologised, But in reality this pissed me off and is unprofessional. 5. The tv in our room had been dislodged from the wall bracket and was sitting there on a heavy angle, No tooth brush or anything of the sort provided, had to go down stairs to a local pharmacy/supermarket to buy a tooth brush. 6. The phone provided in the room did not make calls to the front desk or work, you would press 1 digit & it would sound like a siren. My final resolution for this hotel is DO NOT STAY HERE. For half of the price you can stay somewhere that has windows that open and fresh air & don’t have bugs on the beds. I had to stay with my partner for 2 whole nights in a hot/muggy/uncomfortable temperature. Look the staff where nice this was probably the only good things about this hotel, But it’s expected you’re a hotel.. I did not bring any of these points to the front reception at the time of stay, As my criticism & bad points where starting become more then just one.

- Service generally good, especially in the restaurant - Room was not equipped well --＞ tissue box missing (after cleaning it was still not refilled); kettle was missing - Shower and shower wall was not cleaned at all - A lot of dust underneath the bed - Shower mat was taken when they cleaned but not brought back - After cleaning shower gel was just thrown beside the sink

挺好的酒店，早餐很豐富，前台有個馬來西亞的小哥還能説中文。房間的minibar每天有免費提供的飲料和啤酒，這個是我在德國住的酒店裡少見的。

Immer wieder gerne, freundliches Personal, super Servic und Sauberkeit. Mehr muss man ja auch nicht sagen :-) TOP

真的不是特別新

Das Hotel liegt relativ gut. Speicherstadt, Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist echt vielfältig und mega lecker´. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Allerdings ist der Rest nicht wirklich 5 Sterne würdig. Wir waren extra in den Business Zimmern, weil wir dort einen Tag arbeiten mussten. Neben der deutlich kleineren Größe der Zimmer und andern Bildern als bei Buchung angegeben, war das Internet leider nicht zu gebrauchen. Zu wenig Qualität sodass Teamscall nicht möglich waren. Ich musste dann auf meinen persönlichen Hotspot wechseln. Das Fitnessstudio ist super klein und nur bedingt gut ausgestattet und der Spa-Bereich hat leider meine Anfragen gar nicht beantwortet. Kann immer alles passieren und sind jedes für sich genommen, keine großen Dramen. Gleichzeitig ist es ein 5 Sterne Hotel, wo man entsprechend Erwartungen haben darf. Spätestens das lange, schwarze Haar im Bett nach der Zimmerreinigung hat uns dann den Rest gegeben (wir haben es bei der Rezeption gemeldet). Es ist ein solides Hotel, aber für den Preis und Anspruch würden wir eher nicht mehr hingehen.

Das Hotel liegt in einem Neubauviertel, umgeben von vielen Hotels und Bürogebäuden, aber ist mit dem Bus gut zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind modern und die Betten äußerst bequem. Enttäuscht waren wir von der Lounge. Scheinbar hatte sich dort seit Stunden kein Mitarbeiter mehr drum gekümmert und so gab es keine der angekündigten Snacks. Die Lounge selbst ist auch eher klein und wenig attraktiv. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir ein einfacheres Zimmer gebucht. Frühstück oder sonstige Mahlzeiten haben wir nicht eingenommen.

Ein sehr gepflegtes und modernes Hotel. Für einen Städtetrip wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt!☺️

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Hauptstraße, fussläzfig ist die Innenstadt und Hafencity gut zu erreichen nach 15-20 Minuten. Zimmer sind ok, aber nicht unbedingt 5 Sterne. Stuhl schon etwas abgegriffen, Radiokanäle funktionierten nicht, Fernsehen nur eingeschränkt an einem Freitagabend. Lobby/ Eingang ohne Charme. Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Parkgarage gut zugänglich und auch nach dem Auschecken konnte man das Fahrzeug noch stehen lassen, um in die City zu gehen. 1 Woche vorher in einem 4 Sterne Haus einer anderen Kette in Bonn gewesen. Die Ausstattung dort war deutlich besser. Von daher, da anderen Standard erwartet, etwas enttäuscht. Zum Frühstücken waren wir im Café Irma in der Seitenstraße.
