Situated within the rural village of Thormanby on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors, The Old Rectory is a Grade II listed Georgian building 25 minutes’ drive from York.
Rooms at The Old Rectory offer en suite private bathrooms with toiletries, TVs, some flat-screen, with DVD players, free Wi-Fi, and tea/coffee/hot chocolate-making facilities. Some rooms also include four-poster beds.
Guests can enjoy full English breakfasts within the guest dining room with real open fires and 18th-century furnishings.
The guest house also includes a large old English country garden featuring an original Georgian garden wall with excellent views of the surrounding countryside.
