Seven Turtles

We planned to stay at Seven Turtles as it looked great online. We booked a sea view room but when we got taken to the room the primary view was the garden. Only the top floors facing the sea actually have a sea view (and are the only rooms they have images of online which is misleading) yet they sell the lower floors as "sea view" and don't share images of these rooms - We said we were disappointed as the photos are misleading online to what we got and that we didn't have a sea view which we had paid a premium for but they said there was nothing they could do and didn't offer any added value/discount and told us if we didn't like it then we should look at choosing another hotel so we decided to leave and found alternative accomodation down the road at Good Karma which was actually much better value for money and we had our own private pool for less than what we were paying at Seven Turtles. My advice is if you want a guaranteed sea view, put in a request and have it confirmed before your trip that you have a top floor as you will almost certainly be disappointed if you arrive and can only see the garden and roofs of the garden rooms when expecting a lovely view of the ocean ✌

Wow wow wow - we LOVED seven turtles. This hotel is perfect for your beach break needs. Hotel is situated right on the beach front, with a pool as well. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the hotel's restaurant and laundry service, and meals were delicious - as was the breakfast of poached eggs and granola bowls. Hotel is not that close to town (about a 20/25 minute tuk tuk away), but honestly stating at the hotel for dinner on the beach might be best anyway! Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Superb place right on the beach. Stayed for 1 night but would like to have stayed longer. Came with 2 kids and they loved it too. Nice little pool that we used since it was not season for swimming in the big waves. Very friendly staff who served excellent food. Would recommend this place any day.

We stayed here for 6 nights and absolutely loved it. The room was large, spacious, clean and had a great feel to it. The bed was large and amazingly comfortable The balcony looked out to sea through some palm trees and it was wonderful to just sit and relax, especially in the mornings. When we arrived we were a bit worried as usually we like to walk to different restaurants. There are a few along the track but the food at Seven Turtles was so good and varied that we barely left the resort for the whole six days for anything than wildlife spotting The breakfasts were great and everything was so fresh. The eating area is a raised platform on the beach that looks out to sea - fabulous. The owner is very eco friendly and also has adopted two very well behaved and cute street dogs. We did a tour to see turtles laying eggs just along the beach. A Tuk tuk there and back was only a few pounds The staff and owners were exceptional and very accommodating. We hope we will be able to return here, there were no downsides for us.

Hotel is small and on a very quiet beach. You have to enjoy just laying in sun and listening vawes. Personel here are really nice and owner of this hotel is so helpful. Our greetings for everyone. I had mixed our dates and they eaven let us change our accomodation dates. Food in restaurant is soo good. We had room 7 and balcony is just great. View to sea!!!

Absolutely brilliant stay! The owner makes sure every customer is looked after well .Lovely cosy resort by the beach, which had a clean stretch of sand . Glad we chose this quieter part of the island and this lovely resort to stay! Food was excellent- choice of European and local cuisine to choose from. Spa services were very good and reasonably priced. The gardens in the resort were carefully maintained and shows the attention to detail ,by the owners! Wish we really stayed longer and sure will come back in the future!
