Hakuba Tokyu Hotel

Very well spoken check in staff who knows English which was very helpful. Cosy hotel and parking is free as a guest here. Thou it's not sheltered. Gave us a bottle of honey for our anniversary.

The location is out of city center . It is close to ski slopes. The breakfast was good and have a lot of variety. But the amenities in the bathroom is really limited does not match the 5 stars hotel.

Room is bigger than I expected. Onsen is good. Breakfast is perfect

I stayed in this hotel during snowboarding. The staffs were friendly, helpful, and professional. The breakfast was delightful and the dinner was great. I appreciated the ski and snowboard rental service. The room was very impressive.

Great mountain view of the garden side. Very nice tennis court: it's a bit old, but if you don't expect a Wimbledon-level service and love mountains and pine trees around, you'll love it.

Best hotel you can get there. Near the kokusai lift, rhytm rental. Very good breakfast!

Very nice hotel with a big room . The Chinese lady at the front helped us to book a taxi and introduced a nice BBQ restaurant.

Staff is helpful. When the public transport is not in operation, they offered help. Very thankful to the staff. Feel safe staying in this hotel too.

The atmosphere is great. There's ski rental and shops for shopping. There's also an onsen. I really liked this place and will go back again. The breakfast was delicious.
