Các nhân viên tại nhà trọ rất niềm nở và lịch sự, tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ rất thoải mái. Mặc dù nhiều phòng cấm hút thuốc nhưng người bạn đồng hành hút thuốc của tôi rất vui. Ngoài ra, họ còn xử lý tốt mùi hôi đọng lại trong phòng nên tôi nghĩ bạn có thể có một kỳ nghỉ thoải mái. Điều quan trọng nhất là suối nước nóng nhưng bạn có thể cảm nhận được sức mạnh của nguồn nước. Đây là một suối nước nóng rất thỏa mãn! Tôi muốn tham gia lại♪

Overall my room was clean. In terms of presentation, it is more on the old, worn-out side like it could use a new coat of paint & wallpaper. The hallways, my room, & bedding had a particular smell. I asked for a room with no/minimal cigarette smell, which I think they did, so I think the smell is just from how old the building is. It's not a bad smell, just off-putting like I wonder how often they wash everything. I can't say how clean the onsen was because I didn't wear my glasses, but it seemed fine. Decent size & perfect temperature for me. In terms of onsens & shrines, it's in a good spot. A few restaurants to choose from, but not much else in terms of shopping. Decent distance from Goryokaku Park though! The staff is very polite & appears to remember their guests so they'd quickly give me my key when I returned each night, without needing to ask or verify room numbers. Got all of the amenities & provided a new set of everything each night (even more tea & hot water). They give you water & a cookie for free & you can buy a drink or ice cream from a little refrigerator/freezer next to the front desk. However, again I wonder how often they do their laundry or cut corners because one of the hanten (outer coat of yukata) had what seemed like a food stain. Debatably not the biggest deal to me, but admittedly it is gross to think I worn something to bed that someone else did too. What bothered me more was the noise. I don't think it was other rooms or traffic, but random, loud thuds. Overall a decent experience. In terms of pricing, I'm not familiar with how much onsen/ryokan usually are or how much a very nice one is. I think this one is on the cheaper spectrum, but it can definitely be better in terms of presentation. A good renovation would help a lot.

하코다테 시내에서는 조금 멀지만 공항과는 매우 가까움. 주변 료칸들보다는 시설이 조금 부족할 수 있으나 아침, 저녁이 그 단점을 보완하고도 남음. 직원분들 친절하고 한국어 잘하시는 여직원분도 있어 전혀 불편함이 없음.

旅館有天然溫泉，餐食也還不錯，但是房間的設施太老了，沒有空調，只有一台老式的冷風機，榻榻米配的又是厚被子，入住體驗差強人意。

素晴らしい温泉でした。2泊でお世話になりましたがもう少し滞在したかったです。

旅館硬件設施太陳舊，也沒有電梯。進大門就要換拖鞋，感覺進了澡堂，房間像90年代國內的旅館。

很有歷史感的溫泉飯店，雖然設施較簡單，卻是最純的溫泉原湯。

2人の息子を連れて初めてのお泊まり旅行。食事も美味しく、とにかくお風呂が最高でした！ 食事もプランによって内容なども変わるかと思いますが、我々家族はこの内容でも大満足。 ただ、チェックインしてまもなく、隣の部屋に入ったお子さん連れのご家族がドタバタドタバタとうるさく、時には壁からドンという音がして、せっかくの旅行で休まらないことを相談したらすぐに別な部屋を用意していただきました。 静かでゆっくりできました。

何よりもお湯が良い。湯の川界隈でもいちにの泉質だと思います。 建物はそれなりに年季が入ってますが、逆に言えば昭和の鄙びた 感が満載です（笑） 函館出張時の定宿です！！お勧めします。

朝ごはんが美味しくてご飯をおかわりしてしまいま。 大浴場があっていいです。 お湯は少し熱めですが凄く温まるので最高です。

スタッフのみなさんもとても親切な所です！ 食べきれないくらいの量で満足な料理でした！ ぜひまた行きたいです！

すごく美味しい料理とリラックスできる温泉に出会えました。夕食付きのプランで2泊しましたが、夕食は2日とも9品目ほどで献立が違いました。新鮮な刺し身や茶碗蒸しといった定番ものに加え、小さい鍋や、帆立と海老のチリソース、バター鉄板焼きなど、多彩な料理を味わうことができます。温泉はほどほどの広さで、のんびり浸かることができました。他の宿泊客もそれなりにいましたが、どこも静かで、快適に過ごせました。 ロケーションとしてはローソンやセブンイレブンが近くにあり、市電の湯の川駅もすぐそこなので便利です。五稜郭や函館山といった観光スポットに市電一本で行けるので、湯の川の温泉を毎日堪能しつつ観光したい方にピッタリだと思います。

207号室でTVの地デジ8CHがブロックノイズが出て見にくいです。従業員の若い女性の方は少し早口ですが一生懸命が伝わり好印象でした。部屋は奇麗でしたが、クーラー（ナショナルの空調設備）の下が水がたまるせいなのか汚れが気になりました。

受付の2人の男性の方がとても親切で優しさ溢れる対応をしていただきとても快適に過ごすことができました。ホスピタリティーがとても高いホテルでした。ぜひまた訪れたいです。お風呂が最高でした。熱くて気持ちいいです。
