Longze Apartment (Haikou West Coast Shop)

I was very disappointed in my stay in this apartment. First of all it was hard to find it because there are two towers in the building with separate entrances that are quite far from each other. But what shocked me most was that when I entered apartment instead of a normal living room with a couch I saw an office! There was a workspace with computers and personal items of workers. When a lady came after I wrote that I can’t find air con controller I complained that I don’t want to live in the office, but all she said was that “This apartment is even more interesting! It’s unique”and then said there were no other rooms available. I came for a vacation to get rest from work, did they really expect that I would appreciate living in the office? After I contacted Trip they finally told me to go to another room, but all this process cost me 4 hours and also I had to pack my things and move them to another room in another tower all by myself … another room was fine, at least it was possible to live there, but the floor was quite dirty, beds were very stiff and we got back pains in a couple of days, and even though there are air cons in every room it’s still not enough air on the second floor. Also they would come to take out the rubbish only if you personally contact them, if you don’t ask for cleaning they won’t come. Beach is very far, on the map it seems close but in reality it takes 30 minutes walk. The apartment would be okay if they cared more about customers and changed beddings, hope my review will help them make changes.

房間很大，太實惠了，還有辦公室，設施齊全，茶台，大電視，實木傢俱都很好，還有個大陽台，值得推薦！

差旅住宿首選，景觀也不錯可住至少五個人，老闆給升級了房型，我們衹有兩個人，對此次住宿非常滿意。

入住的時候回覆特別慢。我打了兩個電話才得到回覆。想想海口那麼熱的天，對等待了15分鐘以後才可以回覆給到入住訊息。還等來了一場暴雨。。。退按金不及時催了三次到第二天才退。要是不記得了，呵呵。房子裏面的WiFi小程序很麻煩。小程序裏面到處是牛皮癬廣告

差差差，入住最糟心的一次！我們提前入住房東説還沒打掃可以先放行李，保潔來了以後簡單交代了下我們就出去了，回來仍是隨處可見的煙頭。最要命的就是衞生間除非你不用水，不知道地漏是拿來幹嘛的，根本排不出去！洗完澡滿地的水莫法下腳還特別濕滑，連個防滑墊也沒有。整個房間也沒有一把拖把，特別容易滑倒。房間上面那層雖然有兩個房間，但是完全不透氣，可以把人憋死那種。最搞笑的的是，有問題找管理人員他們都是烏龜那種，吹風一進門就有問題，都晚上了才給我們送過來弄的出門全是濕漉漉的頭髮。總之非常差的一次體驗沒有之一！

因為要坐輪渡找了一個離輪渡近的地方住開始預訂的時候都抱着試一試的心態到了入住以後超出預期衞生打掃的很乾凈比之前住的民宿都要乾淨是Loft的設計還很喜歡這種小公寓還有衣帽間該有的都有最主要的是真實的寵物友好！也不收費比有些店家寫着寵物友好但是打電話過去問不願意接待帶狗的真的好太多下次來海南還會繼續來住的

很有格調的公寓，可以做飯，複式結構，樓下是客廳和廚房，還有個小書房，樓上有兩個卧室，我們閨蜜4人出遊住着正合適，性價比很高，樓下就是美麗的挺秀公園，離遠大購物廣場也很近，吃飯和購物都很方便，下次來海口還要住這裏。

這裏簡直太方便了。出門穿過挺秀公園就是遠大購物中心，吃喝玩樂娛樣樣齊全。商場地下一層的超市實在是個寶藏。去海邊和免税店也很近，適合家人一起出遊，性價比決絕子。下次來了還住這裏。

我們一家五口居住正合適，可以自己做些簡餐，購物也很方便，樓下的挺秀公園可以早晚遛遛彎兒，公寓很乾凈，離海邊兒和濕地公園都很近。
