Мы были в этом отеле в апреле. Самое неприятное в отеле - это плесень и влажность. Плесень была на шторах. Это было очень неприятно, потому что интерьер отеля хороший, обычный для holiday inn, но плесень все испортила. Да, возможно, из-за климата плесень появляется, но она опасна и токсична, holiday inn достаточно большая корпорация, чтобы решать эти вопросы самостоятельно и навсегда в своих отелях, расположенных во влажном климате. Отель расположен на второй линии от пляжа. Вода не прозрачная, но купаться приятно. Пляж совсем не оборудован, спасателей нет. Вдоль моря идет приятная набережная, но ночью она не освещается. До любой достопримечательности, магазина, ресторана надо будет ехать на такси. Есть комары Завтраки очень скудные для отеля с 4 звездами. Это скорее 2 звезды. Свежего на завтрак мало, в основном сушеное мясо. Один раз налила себе апельсиновый сок из большой емкости с краном, а оттуда вылетела пробка с плесенью. Завтраки однообразные, мы были 7 дней в отеле, и за это время завтраки очень надоели. Короче говоря, видно, что отелем управляют люди, которые не заглядывают в номера, а проверяют их качество. Они не инструктируют и не обучают персонал. Вы не найдете персонал улыбчивым или дружелюбным. Это не 4 звезды, к которым вы привыкли в Европе или Египте, это китайские 4 звезды, которые покажутся вам не тянущими на этот номер. Персонал не говорит по английски. 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧 We were in this hotel in April. The most unpleasant thing about the hotel was the mold and humidity. The mold was on the curtains. It was very unpleasant because the interior of the hotel is nice, usual for holiday inn, but the mold ruined everything. Yes, maybe because of the climate mold appears, but it is dangerous and toxic, holiday inn is a big enough corporation to solve these issues independently and permanently in their hotels located in humid climates. The hotel is located on the second line from the beach. The water is not clear but it is nice to swim in. The beach is not equipped at all, there are no lifeguards. Along the sea there is a pleasant promenade, but at night it is not illuminated. To any sightseeing, store, restaurant it will be necessary to go by cab. There are mosquitoes The breakfasts are very poor for a 4 star hotel. It is more like a 2 star. Not much fresh for breakfast, mostly dried meat. Once poured myself orange juice from a large container with a faucet, and from there flew out a cork with mold. Breakfasts are monotonous, we were 7 days in the hotel, and during this time breakfasts are very boring. In short, you can see that the hotel is run by people who do not look in the rooms but check the quality of the rooms. They do not instruct or train the staff. You will not find the staff smiling or friendly. This is not the 4 star you are used to in Europe or Egypt, it is a Chinese 4 star that will seem like you are not pulling for this room. The staff does not speak English.

酒店位置屬於新區，麗海邊很近，環境空氣很不錯。樓下就有公交車站，出行也還是比較方便的。離港口，海口站和cdf免税店以及假日海灘很近，幾公里路程，但是周邊吃飯不是很方便，沒有太多配套設施。酒店設施設備衹能説還行，房間衞生不是特別好，特別是衞生間和陽台，陽台躺椅灰塵特別厚。價格還算很合適，前台服務員也很熱情。早餐也還可以的。

房間是洋樓，樓朝向院裏的房間，景色挺好，綠樹成蔭，每天早晨可以聽到樹上鳥的叫聲，很是愜意。房間衞生乾淨，前台服務好，熱情耐心。房裡設施有些老。離西海岸近，過了馬路穿過喜來登就是海邊。
