Seaside Chapters Inn

To start with the positives: the bed is very comfy, I slept very very well both nights. They also let us pay per hour on Sunday to keep the room until our flight which was very kind, as we didn’t fancy staying out in the heat for 5 hours. Now onto the negatives: 1. Not as luxurious as the pictures seem. The “city view” didn’t leave much to be desired, and the towels are those awful disposable ones (pics 1 & 2) 2. The staff have apparently never seen a passport before. Do not stay here if you’re not Chinese, it will take them 2 days to scan your passport 🫠 3. The shower drain absolutely stinks the whole room out. The toilet flushing is also so loud and lasts ages, we can even hear the people above us flushing the toilet and it woke us up. 4. There is an annoying, really bright light on the bathroom mirror that you can’t turn off. 5. The “gym” is just a treadmill and 1 bike in a room with a washing machine. (Pic 3) 6. There was a dead cockroach in our room… 7. They derusted the lift when we were here and it smelt so strong, it gave us a headache. 8. There was construction going out around 6-8am that woke us up. The location is fine since Haikou is small enough to taxi around to everywhere in 15 minutes anyway. Overall, even though the price is cheap, I think you can find something nicer for a similar price.

我對這家酒店的服務非常滿意，每一位員工都非常專業熱情。酒店是新開業的，房間衞生很乾凈，也很舒適，設施齊全，而且非常乾淨。酒店的地理位置也非常好，距離白沙門衹有幾百米，步行就可到達，交通便利。總之，這是一次非常棒的住宿體驗 。

我對這裏的印象非常好！位置離白沙門公園和海邊都很近，環境安靜，有自己的庭院，在海口市區這種住宿環境很難找得到。工作人員熱情好客，還提供了很多旅遊建議。在這裏住下，感覺特別温馨舒適，值得一試！
