Lavande Hotel (Haifeng Phoenix New City)

clean and convenient

I stayed here for one night while visiting my wife's hometown. When I arrived to check in, the front desk staff seemed shy and intimidated. I'm a foreigner, and I think their English was very limited. They only spoke to my wife and never really looked at me. The room was very modern, in fact, a bit too modern. Everything was automated, even the curtains. I spent 10 to 15 minutes trying to figure out how everything worked. Unfortunately, the section of the city where the hotel is located experienced several power failures while I was there. Whenever the power went out and came back on, my automated room would reset to the default settings. I also found several hairs and what appeared to be a spot of blood on one of my pillows. Finding that made me question the cleanliness of my room. Ultimately, I decided to check out a day early and relocate to another hotel down the road, where I had a much better experience. 進酒店取房前台說給我們升級房間，我跟太太進房一大陣煙味就撲面而來根本不能入住，看看內裡什麼升級房間也是一般吧了！最後給我們換房比較沒有煙味開了他們供應的空氣清新機也算了！ 吃過晚飯回酒店真的無語！兩張浴巾非常殘舊其中一張居然有幾個破洞的！！！ 附近沒有太多食店，如果不是酒店供應早餐，早上也不知走多遠才有早餐吃呢！

服務很好，升級了窗户大一點的房間，景觀是看旁邊的居民樓，就像所示的酒店提供照片，據説另外一邊的景觀更開闊。另外，早餐也還不錯，有海豐小米，比旁邊酒樓的更好吃

房間趕緊衞生，設施配套齊全！！服務超級好，小姐姐還給我免費升級房型！大家如果來海豐玩的話，快沖這家！最主要酒店還有豪華專車接站服務！！司機叔叔也很好！
