The hotel is a lovely place to stay The room was very comfortable, always cleaned to a high standard and the staff always attentive Lovely surroundings and peaceful with a lovely lake central to the resort There is a large choice of food that is outstanding in quality We I’ll be back

we had a fantastic experience at cinnamon village by habarana. The customer service was exceptional, and Mr. Anura, the security manager, stood out with his outstanding assistance. His helpfulness truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommend both the hotel and Mr. Anura for their excellent service. Herath and family

We had the best time here. Lovely people and they will always help you. They have 4 stars but should get 5. Nayana/kenedi make sure our rooms looks amazing and they came twice a day to make sure everything was oke. The food was delicious and every evening there was a different buffet.

Overall experience is great. Nothing to mentioned any bad about stay and hotel. Specially need to mention about very friendly staff across all the depar**ents. Specially Ruwanthi from front office, Saranaga from Restaurant, Nayana & Kenadi fro Room service.

Set right by a beautiful lake and close to the village and Sigiriya rock, this hotel is set in a great location. There was a wide range of food options at the buffet - all very delicious and my family and I really enjoyed playing around in the pool. Our hotel room was also very clean and cosy.

The staff treated us very nicely. All room services were prompt. The restaurent Manager was very nice. He came and had casual chat with us to see that our needs are well met.

This hotel is very special . We have stayed many times and the standards improve every time. The rooms are a good size and very clean, the staff are fantastic - friendly and so helpful. We cannot name any staff as there are so many it would fill this report. The front desk,the restaurant and the room boys all are merited. The food is very good. It has a large pool and big gardens leading onto a large lake. We were so sad to leave but we will be back.
