The best hotel that I've ever been to. Great view from the roof. Amazing live concerts 2 or 3 times per week.

The hotel was very good to stay, it is brand new with big rooms, the rooftop pool is very great.

The location is convenient with restaurants and plenty of buses nearby but it's also a quite poor and ugly neigbourhood. It seems to be in the process of being gentrified with lot's of construction in the quarter but there are also many abandoned and broken buildings around. Generally it feels a bit sketchy. The Hotel itself is a new construction, designed well and very clean. My biggest complaint however is the service and staff. Unfortunately I was given one of the worst rooms, where the balcony was facing a wall, so there was almost no daylight in the room. When enquiring if a room change is possible, the receptionist blantly lied to my face and said they were fully booked. When I checked online for the same dates and room category, there was still plenty available, even in higher categories. So instead of trying to upsell me or finding another solution to satisfy me as a customer, they treated me like cattle.

Vraiment bien Juste la piscine sur le rooftop était en travaux mais pas grave. Ce qui vaut le détour c’est le petit dejeneur au soleil sur la terrasse avec vue sur La Valette !

Väldigt prisvärt hotell med bra läge och alla bekvämligheter. Något lyhörda rum annars inget att anmärka på. Kan rekommenderas både för kortare och längre vistelser.

朝食なしの2泊3日での利用でした。 ホテルは清潔で、レセプションの人はいつも丁寧で快適でした。 冬の時期に室内プールを利用できたので良かったです。 シャワーの水圧も良かったです。 各自でスリッパやサンダルを持ってくることをお勧めします。

Good location, close to restaurants and sea front without the mad traffic. Big clean modern space, good size balcony. Reception staff 10/10. The only thing we missed was salt, sugar, coffee, tea and oil on the kitchenette, to do some basic stuff. The restaurant on the top floor isn't open probably only opens in summer. It has a pool as bonus. Would go back without hesitation.

Good location near the river front, shops and a great hotel band. The rooms were not sound proof as you could hear noise in the corridor and chair noises from the above room. We stayed on the 6th floors. No coffee or tea was provided from a 4 star hotel. Good size fridge. No instructions on how to use the induction cooker. No slippers or dressing rope in the room. Were not told about any night events on the 11th floors at the hotel.

The hotel is lovely but the area around it is not so pleasant. The room is large and comfortable with the benefit of a small kitchenette. The view from the balcony is overlooking the back of houses so not inviting

The property and people were outstanding. A very comfortable room, clean and great shower. We did not use the restaurant or pool facilities and we prefer to eat out and mostly swim in the sea. I would recommend this hotel as a great value destination and would certainly return in future.

We were very pleased that we chose Grands Suites Hotel Residences & SPA for our trip to Malta. The room was contemporary and spacious with a well-equipped kitchenette. That gave us an option to have breakfast in before heading out for sight-seeing. The beds were comfortable. The bonus was the complementary laundry facility on each floor. It was perfect for our longer-stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had to call maintenance staff a few times to fix the TV and the washing machine. They responded promptly. The outdoor infinity pool on the top floor, the indoor pool, sauna and steam room were lovely. The location of the hotel was convenient to access public transportation to get around the island. Many restaurants and several convenient stores are within walking distance. We definitely will recommend the hotel and will certainly stay there again.
