Great location, amazing staff Breakfast is very complete, the gym is ok. Nice rooms, nice views. Everything very clean and organized.

From before the arrival the communication with the hotel was perfect. The agent Ejay from Trip.com confirmed with Nigel from reception our late arrival. Nigel gave us all the information needed at the check in and greeted us every evening he was on shift, he's a great guy to have on reception. The staff on duty during the daytime was very friendly and perceptive of guests needs as well. The ones who excelled during our stay were the ones working in housekeeping and breakfast: friendly, kind, quick, they're an amazing team! I loved my holidays at Malta but without any doubt the stay at this hotel played a big part on this.

環境很好，房間還算乾淨，床單和枕套有點舊，不知道是不是新換的，洗手盆下水有點堵。房間有熱水壺好評，有小冰箱（裏面沒東西） 沒有礦泉水。出門幾步就是公交站 去valletta也很方便，周圍吃的很多 但價格略貴。總體不錯這個價格很合適了

位置ok, 早餐選擇小，床單毛巾比較舊！但前堂和房務員工服務態度好！ 泊車要付費，沒有護髮素！房門沒有油壓，每次鄰房關門時嘈音超大！

正常的三星酒店標準。冬天是淡季，所以這個價格還含早餐，真的很划算。冬天的馬耳他，除了不能下到海里，其他遊玩，如坐船看藍洞等，都不影響的。

房間大小還可以，早餐豐富！交通便利，去機場和市中心都很快捷！

The rooms were spacius and the bathroom was superb. Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. View could have been better, but then you pay extra for that. The breakfast was excellent, however the hotel suffers from this as it is always very busy, and in although the dining area looks spacious when empty, when its busy it is hard to move around and the backs of the seats knock together. But overal superb and cant be beaten on value.

Hotel is in very good location, great service and food was testy , friendly and very helpful staff.
