The elevator is a nightmare, trying to get on and off with so many people. You have to use the keycard to get on the elevator and it does not always work. They don’t have microwaves in room so, I had to continuously go down stairs to warm my food and coffee.

You'd think Aloft Plano is just this random out of the way hotel, but it's THE COOLEST design, you'd have to hit up Amsterdam to get a crazier funkier feel. The streaming options on the TV are legendary, pretty much everything is available, and the 24/7 snack bar with endless fridges full of a different drink options make this a solid base for doing pretty much anything. Before staying here I was over at an Embassy Suites (ew!) and the contrast just showed me how far Marriott's Aloft brand is in the game and specifically, the staff at this Aloft are really legit. This is my new base when I'm in Dallas. Thank you for being so awesome!

A nicely spacious studio room with a sofa bed, nice tv, bathroom, fridge, cooker, dishwasher, cutlery and plates (very self contained). Bed might not be as big as a Queen. Good amenities and a good location in Plano. The breakfast could be better. Enjoyed my stay.

The room originally assigned to us smelled mold-ish. We asked for a different room. But the lady at the front desk told me they don't typically allow room switching. It is weird since we just checked in like 2 minutes.

My husband and I and my son had a great and quite stay. Room was very clean and then pool was perfect. Breakfast was awesome. They even had gulten free opinions. Thank you for a wonderful ,quite,safe stay.

The hotel is well-located and convenient for long stays. However, the housekeeping service is quite minimal, offering only a “refresh service,” which primarily involves changing towels. For a full cleaning service, guests must request it in advance at no additional cost through reception. Despite this, the staff is very friendly, and the hotel itself is comfortable and well-maintained.

Front desk guys were so gentle! The room was spacious and well illuminated. Quiet are with some residential communities arround. There was a bad smell near to the elevadors at first floor, and the gym was almost inexistend, same for laundry. But the rest was fine.

There was no bathroom privacy, the wall does not cover the top of the bathroom so if you need to diarrhea,every one heard it, bad lighting, and not so great people staying in this hotel. The pictures do not look like the actual room. I was in a 2bed queen. Very small. Bad plumbing, toilet ran and was loud. This picture is what I saw at the front desk when we walked in. Welcome to Plano.
