Beautiful home in Largo Florida about 15-20 Clearwater Beach. (15-20 min is the average time for us to get there. If you are going on a busy day it will take longer to get there due to traffic.) This home has no neighbor behind it and direct private access to the Pinellas trail which offers miles and miles of uninterrupted biking and running. There is a delicious restaurant just a few blocks away called Latin Bowl. Pool is not heated or caged. Though we have weekly pool service on Tuesdays, we do get leaves falling in there daily. There are some pool toys and an outdoor shower available for use. Though we offer whole house cooling/heating. Each bedroom also has it's own personal heating / cooling system for individual comfort. Morning is usually the best time, when the waters are generally calmer.
