The 2nd master is located on the 1st floor and it is attached to the screened patio overlooking the gulf, and it has its own private full bath. The 2nd master has one king bed (sleeps 2). The green bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a king-size bed (sleeps 2), and a baby bed there. There is a full bath with a bathtub next to green bed room. GYM: Gym garage has 2 adults bikes, and 2 child bikes, weights, and 3 kayaks. Two of kayaks can sit 2 adults and one kayak sits one person. We are still adding more equipment in the gym garage. Adult and children life jackets are available in gym garage. DRIVEWAY: Driveway is meant for 6 cars, but could crowd in 9 cars when parked a bit onto the yard.COSTS:The base charge includes up to 8 guests. Additional guests are $20.00 per day, per guest.
