The perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and authentic Mosuo architecture made this stay unforgettable. After a long day of travel, the kind and attentive service was exactly what we needed. Though we arrived after dark, we woke up to a breathtaking balcony view that left us in awe. The delicious breakfast and insightful tour of the traditionally preserved Mosuo culture, including the “Grandmother” room, were highlights. Having visited villages in the area, I can confidently say the preservation here feels authentic and respectful. As a tour operator for foreign travelers, I especially appreciated the locally-owned aspect and the warm hospitality. Our family was well cared for, and this is exactly the type of accommodation I look for in my work. Highly recommended!

Was given a room upgrade upon check in. ✌️Room was clean , neat and pretty well maintained. Had full amenities in room and a tray of snacks. Bed was comfy. Room also has voice assistance and humidifier. Good breakfast spread. 5 mins drive away from the pier for boat ride to feed seagulls and catch sunrise. Nice decor of rooms and lobby.

設施：很新，齊全 衞生：乾淨整潔 環境:洛水村最好的 服務：超級棒，老闆人很好，推薦水性楊花的遊玩，還有周邊吃喝玩樂。因為出門幾天衣服一直沒機會洗，他們幫忙用洗衣機洗衣服晾曬。 瀘沽湖住宿推薦來這個村，配套齊全，生活方便。這個村推薦女兒國，他家還有最大的院子，方便停車。

Loại phòng nâng cấp tốt đến bất ngờ, Nằm yên trong phòng là cách thanh lọc tâm hồn, ở phòng này có thể trực tiếp ngắm bình minh, nhưng có thấy được hay không thì còn tùy bầu trời. Bữa sáng rất trang trọng, trong quán trọ có nhiều địa điểm quay phim, trước cửa có biển hoa rộng lớn, có thể đi thuyền trực tiếp từ bến tàu trước cửa. Cô bé ở quầy lễ tân rất nhiệt tình và tặng chúng tôi hoa quả và móc treo quần áo khiến chúng tôi có cảm giác như đang ở nhà. Các thiết bị điện chủ yếu sử dụng kê và máy sấy tóc rất dễ sử dụng, khuyên mọi người nên đến Xiaoluoshui để tận hưởng sự yên tĩnh.

We have stayed at the Vienna Ninglang several times in the past few months. Each stay has been great. The rooms are clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable, the shower water pressure and temperature are great. The breakfast each morning is great with coffee, milk, juice, pastries, eggs, stir-fry, noodles, sausages, and more providing plenty of options to keep our family happy! The service and staff have been very friendly and helpful. The surrounding area has great restaurants to choose from for lunch and dinner. This hotel is definitely worth it whether staying in Ninglang or passing through on the way to Lugu Lake and back!

I didn’t expect that the family suite was so convenient. Kids can stay on the loft, and parents are still within their sight thanks to the open space design. This is very unique and truly family friendly. The amenities are modern with built-in smart technologies. Buffet breakfast is a proper combination of carbs, proteins and fruits, and they taste good. The staffs are polite and helpful. One could tell the hotel is thoughtfully designed and carefully maintained. A big thumbs up for this hotel. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Lugu lake next time.
