Bữa sáng và dịch vụ phòng chất lượng cao.
Hồ bơi, phòng xông hơi khô và phòng tập thể dục đều rất tuyệt vời và mang lại cảm giác sang trọng, đặc biệt là hồ bơi rất thư giãn.
Vị trí hơi xa trung tâm nhưng có thể đi tàu điện ngầm nhanh chóng hoặc khách sạn rất tuyệt vời trong việc sắp xếp taxi.

Tuyệt Vời
KKMSI recently stayed at the Sofia Novotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to unwind after a busy day. The beds were perfect—not too firm and not too soft, ensuring a great night’s sleep.
The hotel’s location is fantastic, situated just across the street from a shopping mall, which made it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.
The breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day.
The only downside was the gym, which is quite small and lacks heavy free weights and a pull-up bar. While it’s fine for a basic workout, those looking for a more comprehensive fitness setup might be disappointed.
All in all, Sofia Novotel is a great choice for its location, comfort, and service, but fitness enthusiasts might find the gym facilities limited. I would definitely stay here again!

TTài khoản kháchIt is a very beautiful hotel inside out. What does not make this hotel great is the poor service of at least two sections of the hotel from my personal experience. Number one disappointment is the Beauty Salon. I made an appointment for meniscus at 16:30 on September 22. I showed up on time only to be told by the receptionist that the appointment is at 16:45. I told her that is not true and in fact I confirmed it with her twice. It was apparent that someone cut into the line and from our conversation I know she knew it as well. Yet, she was lying through her teeth that is totally beyond me. The worst was yet to come, I was told when I came down again at 16:45, I had to wait for another 20 minutes. That is the end of the story. Second incident is at the “well known” restaurant Mediterra. To make a long story shot, the Greek style calamari I ordered looked as well as tasted like burned wood log. To the main course “beef cheeks” the only thing I could think about it is what I once tasted on a Lufthansa flight business class section is 10 times better.
Other than that I had a very pleasant stay and the receptionists are extremely friendly and helpful. I should also add the location of the hotel is very convenient and has easy access to all the main attractions.

CCheng Kok HuaNice experience staying in the hotel. Recepton staff friendly & helpful, prompt reply to questions. Location is ideal walking distance place of interests and metro to Sofia airport. Morning breakfast choices acceptable.

TTài khoản kháchWas extremely disappointed that the wifi in the room wasn’t working at all. This is very bad considering that this is supposed to be a business hotel. Furthermore, no attempt at compensation was offered at all, even though i paid for the wifi which was advertised. Staff also did not bother to update on the status after checking and I had to call the reception again to check on the update of the wifi. That said, the room was adequate and all the staff were still nice (by Bulgarian standards).

RRositsa PetrovaAlright hotel. Strange decorations. It used to be a Sofia classic, built by a famous Japanese architect. They still kept tye nice Japanese garden. The restaurants are nice too. Breakfast was adequate, thought not copious. Close to the metro, nice views.
